Hotel in zona Mactan, Cordova

Un’esperienza difficile da descrivere. . . 1. Il banco del check-in non diceva affatto che per andare in spiaggia dovevo chiedere un cartello alla reception, alla fine mi sono recato a piedi fino alla cosiddetta spiaggia privata dell'hotel (a quasi un chilometro dal hotel), e la persona di turno mi ha detto che avevo bisogno di un cartello! Ho camminato 3 chilometri avanti e indietro per andare in spiaggia! ! ! Perché nessuno ha comunicato in anticipo informazioni così importanti? 2. Sì è una spiaggia privata, i servizi sono ok, ma è in costruzione, ci sono più lavoratori che turisti e tutti hanno tirato il nastro giallo, è impossibile fare una foto, l'ambiente non è una vacanza stato affatto. 3. Originariamente era una camera con vista sul mare, ma il vetro era sporco e sembrava che fuori piovesse. . . Questa è la prima volta che incontro un hotel con vetri così sporchi. Anche la vista del mare era a 2 o 3 chilometri di distanza, ma tutto quello che potevo vedere era la rovina davanti a me. . . Al piano di sotto ci sono tutti i bungalow, un disastro, ehi. 4. C’è una piscina, è così piccola che mi vergogno troppo per entrarci. I bambini urlavano e giocavano nell'acqua e potevamo sentirli chiaramente all'ottavo piano. 5. Nella stanza, quando il condizionatore è acceso, sembra di entrare nella cabina di un aereo e il rumore è fortissimo. E deve essere regolato a 16 gradi per ottenere un po' di brezza fresca. Per non parlare dell'odore di fogna. Quando ho visto alcuni commenti su questo problema, ho pensato che non fosse un grosso problema. Oh mio Dio, è stata un'esperienza davvero dolorosa. Era anche estremamente umido, quindi ho dovuto asciugare il letto con un asciugacapelli prima di potermi sdraiare. 6. La reception non sapeva quali domande porre e non aveva nemmeno una mappa locale o un'introduzione alle attrazioni. Alla fine un addetto alla reception ci ha dato un'idea dicendo che sarebbe più conveniente noleggiare un'auto, che l'autista fornito dall'hotel è più affidabile e che in 5-6 ore possiamo visitare più di 10 di Le attrazioni più famose di Cebu. Dopo aver finito di giocare, sono quasi scoppiato in lacrime di gratitudine. Di conseguenza, siamo stati portati in giro per 6 ore e abbiamo visitato 2 attrazioni. Il resto del tempo è stato trascorso negli ingorghi. Abbiamo speso 5100p (quasi 700 RMB) su due attrazioni? ? ? Non è uno scherzo internazionale? Questo è il nostro quarto mese di viaggio e siamo stati in 5 o 6 paesi. Questa è la peggiore esperienza di alloggio che abbiamo mai avuto, principalmente a causa dei problemi di prezzo/prestazioni, e ci sono grossi problemi. Spero che non cadano tutti nella trappola.

During our check-in, the staff welcomed us and helped with our luggage. My partner and I were served with refreshing juice while checking in and shown to our rooms. Very good service. The entire resort was spacious and the amenities were well-maintained. The gym was very kind and a great choice putting it next to the spa, very relaxing ambience. It gave us a sense of security and peace of mind. Very good spread for breakfast. Would recommend it to my friends and family.

The hotel itself is great, and our family room was spacious and comfortable. The dining experience was excellent, with a well-balanced buffet breakfast and quick poolside service via a convenient QR code system. However, the check-in process was a bit drawn-out. After I thought I had completed everything, I was called by phone back to pay a deposit. They mentioned they would contact me when the room was ready, but I never received a call. I ended up going back later on my own, and while the staff did apologize, it was still an inconvenience. My only other gripe is the lack of valet parking, which I would expect at a hotel of this standard. Instead, guests have to walk roughly 250 meters each way to the car park, which can be uncomfortable in the heat. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups

This resort is truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a fantastic view. The resort's amenities, including the pool and beach access, were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back!”

The place is just become a ghost hotel so quiete in the lobby although the room We were given is just next to the party people with kids and it was noisy, I just no time to complain as it was already late and we have very early flight next day, The front disk girl wasn't paying attention I was already in a few minutes standing waiting for her to acknowledge and she was busy in her cellphone surprise so funny. She was polite anyway. The room are really excellent the bed is firm and soft pillow with heavy blanket really good to have a good night sleep. The bathroom has been heated the wifi is fast and working, just about 10 minutes rides towards the airport. Somehow there is something I cant explain in the lobby when you enter kind of your hair bumps up, I don't know if I'm only the one had this experience would love to hear other opinion and experience. Big bed enough comfortable to toss and turn. I would stay there again.

We just returned home from Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan. It was our first time in Cebu. It was a short but great trip. The highlights: Accommodations: We chose Crimson because we frequent high-rise hotels when traveling and decided this time we wanted a villa/bungalow type of room. No hallways and no elevators. Crimson checked those boxes. They also accommodated our requests for a king bed and first floor room. Activities and amenities: Our daughter loved Crimzone and the children’s pool. It was hard to get her to leave. The Saturday foam party was fun and the pool staff were engaging. My wife and I both availed the spa and wow, we can see why they won an award for Best Value in Asia. The price was affordable while the quality of service was top-notch. Food: The buffet breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. My favorite item was the fruit and veggie smoothies. Who knew bakchoy and mango blend well together? But it was the attentive staff that really made breakfast a great experience. We tried the 24-hour room service and I swear the chicken club sandwich was one of the best I’ve had in my entire life 5/5! The lowlights: Here are some reasons why we are not giving Crimson an excellent review. 1. Overpriced/low quality food in Saffron during ala carte dinner. Our first night we arrived in the evening and were hungry. For two people (our daughter is a toddler) we paid over 5000php for an appetizer, 3 entrees, one beer and one bottle of water. Honestly, the price would be ok for this amount of food if the quality was better. I would suggest Aka or Enye for higher quality food although we didn’t try either. Saffron was empty that night and we found out why. 2. Distance to places/sites. Crimson is quite far for shopping or eating at other restaurants. We hired a private car for 3 hours and was only able to visit two sites and one pasalubong store. Luckily it was only moderate traffic on that Saturday. 2500php for a sedan for 3 hours was reasonable. 3. The gift shop is waaaay overpriced. 950php for a small tube of sunblock seemed very high even at a resort. We also wanted some souvenirs, but there wasn’t much variety at all. 4. Our room needed some TLC. The paint in the nice tub was chipping, the caulking in the showers could use a refresh and there was a huge ipis (roach) in the closet. Luckily we spent most of the time outside the room. 5. No floaties or life vests for toddlers to use, even for rental. Despite having almost everything else, this would have been a nice touch. 6. We came to Cebu for mangoes and lechon, but Crimson didn’t offer these items and again, because of distance, it would have been nice to have some at the hotel. The bottom line: We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others, however we would give them our full review so they are aware of the pros and cons. Thank you to the wonderful staff that made up for the minor issues we encountered!

I was truly impressed by the warmth and friendliness of the entire staff—from the concierge and reception team to the kitchen' staff, housekeeping, public area staff, and security. What made my stay even more special was how they accommodated my request for a high-floor room with a stunning partial ocean view. The room was impeccably clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful details, from the plush pillows that ensured a great night's sleep to the automatic AC adjustment when the sliding door was opened. Breakfast was another highlight, and I must give special praise to the pastry chef—the croissants were exceptional, even better than those from some renowned pastry shops. Extra credit to the chef for such a delightful treat! Overall, my experience at The Reef was truly memorable, and I’ll cherish the wonderful moments it provided.

Overall, excellent, really friendly and perfect for relaxing. The lagoon was fantastic, you could float on top of it for hours watching the sky change color. There's an on site bakery, food generally good and 24/7 service. Def worth the money. Lots of readily available activities to do too. Great service.

The overall experience is good. Here are some of the highlights of our stay here in Solea Mactan: Great points: *Diverse and fun amenities which everyone can enjoy. From pools to beach to recreational activities. *Staffs are accommodating. They are patient with our requests and always smiling. *Foods are great! All are tasty. *Hotel room is clean and hotel attendant always make sure that our rooms are clean. *Freebies upon entrance for in-house guests. For improvement: *Bed requests. There should always be flexibility when it comes to guests bee choices especially for couples. *Toilet flush. Flushing the toilet is sometimes challenging as the dirt slowly gets flushed down. This needs to be fixed. *Leakage of water from shower room. There is a little amount of water leaking from the walls of the shower room to the outside wall facing the main room. For fixing as well. *Slower request accommodation. This does not happen most of the times but there moments that our requests takes time to be done. There is one instance wherein we requested for a “make up room” but was not attended right away. We had to call again on the front desk for this to be accommodated, though they are still courteous and apologized on the request delay. The experience is great and would recommend this to our friends but we hoped that the things needed to be fixed should be done asap for greater stay. Thank you Solea!
