Hôtel les Roches Fleuries

This hotel is delightful and exactly as expected and as shown in the photos. It's located in the small but very lovely village of Cordon, and we look forward to coming back and staying longer next time. We were only in for a night, visiting friends, on the way to somewhere else, but we will absolutely be back, and will definitely stay at this fab hotel. Great views, lovely rooms, friendly and professional staff. Thank you!

Initial impressions were good. Area was nice and rural, and our room was OK, however the bathroom was not clean and had hairs on the floor in the bath. We had reserved dinner for us and our friends. We booked for 8pm and ordered starters and mains. However it took over 1h 30 for any food to arrive. We asked the staff several time where our food was, if there was some food we could snack on, and why the couple next to us who arrived after us had been served and finished eating. The staff seems busy and disinterested and said that they had to provide good service to other customers as well as us. We ended up cancelling our starters because it took so long. The white wine we ordered was given to us warm and without a wine bucket until we asked and managed to get one. Once our fondue arrived, we had to wait for bread, which arrived hard as rocks, which I was rudely told by the staff is how the french serve it. I had to ask several times for soft bread, which was finally brought. At the end of our meal, we complained to a lady in a pink suit about the rude waitress, who would pass our feedback onto the manager in the morning when we check out. However upon checkout it was the rude waitress who stated she was indeed the manager! She was in complete denial about her rudeness, the bathroom cleanliness and that it was unacceptable for us to wait over 1h 30 for our food. She has no customer service skills and was very rude. We managed to have the dinner bill written off, but she was not happy about it and made no proper apology. This lady needs to learn customer service skills and also manners. I would not reccomend this hotel, as if anything goes wrong, you will have a rude, unsympathetic manager to deal with.

We stayed in this hotel with my partner for romantic getaway beautiful cute rooms but small room for the price. there are a few negative things we had to say, first of is the Spa. The Spa wasn't complete we only use the jacuzzi no sauna. During the Service of the day at the poolside, there was no waiter so my partner needed to go to the reception to find someone to serve us. In the morning for breakfast, I was shocked to see how rude the manager (a woman) talk to one of the elderly guests in front of everyone. In spite of all that during the evening the service was a different story, we were served with delicious and amazing dinner! with the nicest maitre d'hotel who made our stay wonderful and all staff who worked during the evening in the restaurant.

After travelling /sleeping almost everywhere in the world, i finally get in « les roches fleuries ». Simplicity elevated to excellence. Amazing view on the Mont Blanc, here nature is everywhere, hundreds of birds, relaxing atmosphere, beautifull rooms, local sourcing. The staff is welcoming and very attentive. Will come back soon.

Very bad experience in that hotel. Families are not welcome as the managers cannot bear kinds. Managers overwhelmed, services not at the level of a 4 star hotel. Very bad experience, never again. Families runaway!

La vue sur le massif du mont blanc est imprenable, que ce soit pour les chambres orientées vers le massif, la salle à manger ou la terrasse. Pour les chambres à l'opposé, elles donnent sur l'arrière de l'hôtel vers le massif des Aravis. Tout aussi agréable. Le petit déjeuné est très fourni, et ce qui est sur table provient de producteurs locaux quand cela est possible. Un note particulière pour le pain qui est délicieux. Pour ceux qui souhaitent manger à l'hôtel, la restauration est tout à fait convaincante, et l'équipe peut s'adapter un tant soit peu à nos demandes.

Je ne connais aucuns défauts à cette établissement ! C'est un petit budget certes mais ça les vaut. Ne manque plus que des bornes de recharge Vehicule électriques pour être parfait. On y vient depuis plus de 6 ans. Ne touchez à rien. On reviendra

Hôtel, très agréable, paisible, reposant avec une vue magnifique et un personnel prévenant, à l’écoute est vraiment très gentil. Le petit déjeuner copieux avec de bons produits et du choix, et le restaurant très agréable et de bonne qualité également. Bref, nous reviendrons !

- Jacuzzi et douche du spa hors services lors de notre arrivée, ce qui n’était pas précisé lors de la réservation alors que d’après le personnel cela fait un bon moment que ces installations sont hors services. Soucis résolu le lendemain mais malheureusement, plus de possibilité de réserver un créneau car spa privatisé par d’autres clients. - Salle de bain très mal entretenue, joints sales. Chambre disposant d’une baignoire mais l’eau ne s’écoule que via la douchette donc il faut énormément de temps pour remplir la baignoire… eau qui goutte sans arrêt du robinet - Chambre très humide, formation de condensation sur les fenêtres alors que j’aérai la chambre matin et soir… - Personnel pas des plus sympathiques, réceptionniste très agressive (toutes ne sont pas concernées) Lors de mon départ, j’ai fais pas de ma déception quant à tous ces points et on m’a dit m’avoir offert le petit déjeuner du dernier jour pour la peine. Après avoir réfléchi sur la route du retour, il s’avérait en fait que dans ma réservation, le petit déjeuner était inclus dans le tarif… donc finalement aucun geste commercial n’a été fait. Hôtel très cher pour un 4* qui d’après moi ne sont pas méritées.
