Bathroom was a bit dirty. Stains in corner of shower area. It wasn’t overtly clean. Breakfast items were limited. It wasn’t the best. I’m not sure if I would come back here. Location was not hard to find. It’s okay if you are staying for 1 night.

My spouse and I decided to stay here as a little getaway on a Saturday night. I wish we hadn’t mainly because of the awful experience that we had at breakfast. We arrived in the lobby 25 minutes before the breakfast buffet closed, and the food was nearly gone. There was no fruit, no waffle batter and only one egg omelette to microwave. We had trouble getting the staff out from behind the work area, and when the woman did come out (with name tag “Mama”) she said that they were closing in 20 minutes and there was no reason to bring out more food. I explained that we had paid for our room and would like to have breakfast. She said if she opened up another strawberry syrup, she would have to throw the entire bag away. She finally begrudgingly brought out some food for us to eat, but by the time she did so she was completely closing the breakfast area so we could not get syrup, salt or pepper, etc. She was extremely rude. I do not expect this from a Hilton property. I travel a lot and usually choose Hilton properties – I am a diamond member and usually have much better service. I have tried multiple times to call to the management staff but every time I call they are “not available.” This is the only thing I can think to do is leave this review warning others so that they will be aware before spending their money or time going to this property. Go somewhere else!!!

This place is about as welcoming as a homeless shelter. Room wasn't clean until 8 pm. That was after arriving at 530 and waiting in the lobby for 2.5 hours. The breakfast is cold and tasteless. I can only imagine that the biscuits and gracy flavor profile could be relatable to substandard dog food. The staff made everything you asked seem as though you were asking for a kidney or to borrow their car. The rooms were moderately acceptable, but overall, I'd avoid this place like the plague.

We enjoyed this hotel a lot. When we first arrived there was a computer issue and they couldn’t give a digital key, so a nice gentleman escorted us to our room & let us in. Later that evening I was able to get our digital key and it worked fine. Staff was very friendly and chatty, it’s a well kept, clean hotel. Nice breakfast, room was spacious and clean. Will probably try to stay there again next time we visit!

The Coralville Home 2 Suites is a well run establishment. When I arrived I was welcomed to the Hotel and the desk clerk,Aubrey, made certain that I had everything I needed to get settled in. The staff were all welcoming and willing to provide assistance to ensure guest comfort. Housekeeping was also very accommodating with daily stay over service. A very well run and welcoming Hotel

Nice property and conveniently located off I-80 and close to restaurants and the mall. But there was one key question we forgot to ask when making the reservation. “Is there a youth sports team staying there during our dates?” There was a youth baseball or soccer team called Velocity staying there both nights. They ran the halls unsupervised, stomping and screaming at all hours. They took over breakfast like a swarm of locusts. Use the pool? Forget about it. It made a typical stay stressful for staff and other guests. Aside from that, the hotel would have been fine. Just ask the key question.

Very welcoming staff and even received a phone call from front desk asking is we were satisfied. Bright, cheery paint and furniture and appeared to be nice and clean despite it being dog friendly (boo!). Rooms were large and comfortable with well equipped kitchen items. And China at breakfast, rather than those horrible paper or polystyrene plates and breakable plastic forks. Lots of amenities including nice pool and gym. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to this town (doubtful).

Hotel was clean inside and outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Seemed to be quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable. Full size refrigerator. Parking was well lit.

A great place to stay. We've happily been here twice and would stay here again without question next time we're in town. A great place to kick back and relax or to see the rest of the area from. Several good (chain) restaurants nearby. No complaints!

Loved this property worked with the sales dept to get a wedding block set up. So clean staff very happy ! Definitely recommend this property to families . They had outdoor games to play and also the hot tub / pool was amazing!!!! Thanks again everyone

I rarely write reviews, but the customer service locally and through the corporate customer service in the Philippines was really awful. I will never stay at another Hilton connected hotel. We booked through Priceline and the room we got didn't match what we booked. We offered to pay the difference to get the room we needed ( and which was available) but they would not work with us at all. They said we would have to pay for the entire new room. The clerk was more interested in hanging out with friends. We went over to the Marriott across the street and they said that in a similar situation they could have authorized the room change if we paid the difference.
