Very nice and clean room with bathroom and kitchenette. Check in was super easy. Good communication from host.

Very cute neat and clean place to stay. No issues what so ever. Well kept. We are germaphobs only saw a couple hair but otherwise it was very clean and comfortable, safe, and adorable.

Was all we needed
We had a great stay! The rental was clean, private, and smartly designed. It’s a close car ride to downtown Coral Gables.

Neat and clean. It was well maintained. Property manager I never met though or had any sort of communication with.

It was secluded and quiet. Complimentary snacks and drinks! Neighbors were friendly. Property manager was very accommodating and a fast responder. There are no blackout curtains so light can shine in through the door and window but they would be a major improvement to the studio (if added). I wish there was a bigger discount on extended stays. I would book again.

Great location, clean and comfortable. I would just note that the decor has changed to a hard rock theme and the pictures of the property should be updated.

Very nice property. Nice use of space. Good location. Advertised a hot tub which is why we selected this property, but it was unavailable during the weekend where we there.
