Hotel in zona Wings of the Tropics Butterfly Conservatory, Coral Gables

We booked two rooms and stayed few nights in this hotel. We were assisted by Mr Juan A, who, together with Ms Luciana T, ensured that everything is great! Mr Juan responded promptly and clearly to every single of our messages regarding to the hotel, and he helped us with transportation. Rooms: Both rooms were spacious and had a specific design. We stayed on one of the upper floors. It was silent and the bed was confortable. In the room you have 4 pillows, 2 armchairs or a sofa, table, kettle (coffee and tea), mini fridge, etc. and big windows (I believe it is a good room to work too). Barroom: A big shower with 2 options for running the water. It would be great if they would add one more hanger in the bathroom, since there is only one in the room for two. However, you can hang your clothes in the wardrobe in the room. They left us a toothbrush, a toothpaste, a mouthwash, a soap, and other small things. There is also a body shower gel, a shampoo and a conditioner (good ones!). Area of the hotel: There is a swimming pool, a gym and other places available to use. Breakfast: Buffet, but there are some things you can also order separately. I liked fried eggs, yogurt and fruits. Parking: Parking is available. You have to check if you have to pay additional fee for it. We never waited longer than 3-4 minutes that they bring our car in front of the hotel. Location: This depends on your needs in Miami. For us it was great because we wanted to be in the middle of everything - Miami Beach/downtown, airport and Key West (we did a day trip, I’ll share about it on YouTube). If you have a car, it is super easy to move around. There is a shopping center nearby, and also rent a car office (like 10 min walk).

Con piacere, il mio soggiorno non si aspetta. Camere belle e pulite. Luogo tranquillo, posizione molto accogliente. Molti negozi e ristoranti camminano a distanza grande vista. Sicuramente tornerà in realta' presto.

E’ la terza volta, nel corso dei nostri viaggi, che passiamo la notte in questo hotel, in attesa del volo per la successiva meta. Pur essendo un hotel di passaggio per aeroporto garantisce comunque servizi di buon livello, quali ad esempio una bella piscina ed una sala fitness di buone dimensioni. Le camere sono ampie, i letti molto confortevoli e la veduta dai piani alti permette di vedere l’aeroporto, la laguna e Miami. Purtroppo si cominciano a vedere invece alcuni segni di anzianità che richiederebbero sistemazione o più attenzione. Il servizio navetta da e per l’aeroporto funziona decisamente bene. In piscina abbiamo trovato parecchie persone maleducate. Il prezzo dell’hotel, rispetto alla media nazionale è decisamente competitivo. La disponibilità della camera ci è stata accordata solo ad orario previsto check-in, non un minuto prima

Stayed one night pre-cruise on 8/23/22 Everything was mostly great! Great service from front desk employees. Shuttle service from airport to hotel was quick & convenient. Room was comfortable, nice & clean, we were upgraded to a larger king suite free of charge, only complaint about the room is the pillows were not great, very soft & thin, we like our pillows firmer. Breakfast was not great at all, mostly frozen/prepackaged items. The frozen Belgium waffles where they only provided a microwave to cook them in, would have been much better to provide toaster, prepackage egg sandwiches, cold cereals & yogurts. Overall I would definitely stay again, but probably just skip the breakfast unless they improve on it.

Отель ближе к аэропорту Маями. Мы специально этот отель выбрали . просторное завтрак, Номера супер, Кухня есть и очень большой. Всем рекомендую! Следующий раз тоже остановлюсь в этом отель!

Lo amo tutti!

Ho prenotato questo posto per tutte le recensioni che parlavano del suo grande servizio clienti, ma il giorno del check-in, ho chiesto gentilmente se potessi controllare un po' prima, a causa di una circostanza imprevista con il mio lavoro. La signora del dipartimento frontale (Domenica 8 maggio) era estremamente rude e dismissiva, non aveva nemmeno intrattenuto alcuna opzione o cercato di essere gentile con lei, e non mi offriva di chiamare se una stanza si aprisse un po' prima. Quando ho chiamato più tardi per chiedere se c'era qualcosa di disponibile, lei ha semplicemente detto ”no” e ha chiuso il telefono. Così tanto per un buon o addirittura un servizio clienti decente. Questa donna deve essere insegnata a fornire un buon servizio clienti. Non è nemmeno circa non avere una stanza disponibile presto. È circa quanto dismissiva e in fondo le sue risposte erano come se non potesse nemmeno essere disturbata per curarsi. Assolutamente disgustoso! Stai da qualche parte con un personale migliore che si occuperà di aiutare in un trappolo.

Posizione estremamente buona, servizi fantastici, la camera era bellissima e abbiamo adorato i bagni, il personale era molto gentile e cordiale. Inoltre, l'addetto alla reception ci ha consigliato due posti dove mangiare durante il nostro soggiorno. Consiglierei sicuramente questo posto.
