Nessun gel doccia o shampoo, non aiuta quando richiesto.

Camera grande, bel tipo di studio, tostapane, bollitore, forno a microonde, piatti piatti e posate, niente pentole e ciotole. Il pavimento non era pulito, gli asciugamani erano sporchi, quindi stavamo asciugando i nostri vestiti, l'acqua era fredda. Come l'acqua fredda in jakuzi. Ma c'è una bella piscina riscaldata e una bella palestra. Colazione molto scarsa, caffè freddo nella macchinetta del caffè. Non solo, l'ultimo giorno la signora non è venuta a farci colazione, abbiamo aspettato 15 minuti e siamo dovuti andare in aeroporto affamati.

L’hôtel est vraiment bien situé ! La piscine est très belle et agréable, l’eau est très bonne.
En revanche la propreté reste vraiment à désiré ce qui est dommage!

Just Avoid!!!! How it’s Four Star I’ll never know! The staff are as depressing as the hotel itself Dirty, tatty, bar service poor, location terrible, nothing else to add!!! Just Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We arrived at 2am after having travelled for 14hrs. Had to wait 10mins in reception for anybody to appear, only to to hanged our keys and given vague directions to where our room was. Breakfast was of limited choice and poor quality. In our room, one light was constantly flickering, and had a several electric shocks off the bathroom light switch. No mattress protector on bed, so a think grey sheet separating us from the body fluids and dead skin cells of the hundreds of people before us that had slept there. All bedding, towels etc an off grey that might of been white at some point. Pillows had been washed so many times that the stuffing had broken off into hard lumps, and stained with God knows what. Walls with loose plaster, and grime in sinks and baths. Dirt at floor level around skirting (probably been mopped with dirty water) . Please do your research before booking here!

I’ve just got back after spending a week at this fabulous hotel. I can’t praise the staff enough from Eve who checked me and my Boys in, she was so helpful and so nice. I need to thank her she bent over backwards to give us the accommodation we wanted then there was Katerina, what an amazing lady she is so warm so friendly if every hotel had a Katerina every holiday everyone took would be amazing as that’s what she did, She made sure my holiday with my Boys was amazing. Nicholas was always on hand with a nice smile and a friendly welcome and then there’s Jake a lovely young man so polite so well mannered and once again so friendly, his mum should be so proud. And I can’t forget Christina and Derek the chef and believe me the food is amazing. I ate so well and such great value for money. My son actually said the omelette was better than the one he had in New York but I must mention Spiros what an amazing man, his a machine a true Spartan of a man. I must thank him so much he made my holiday great, thank you so much. If you’re going within the next few weeks, you’re sure to bump into the entertainment guy Martin he’s a lovely chap who is full of information so please say hello to him. Please ignore any bad reviews as this hotel is truly a place of kindness and beauty. The pool is outstanding. My children loved it here we felt home from home. I can’t wait to get back out there . This hotel is a must, you must go you must experience the wonderful hospitality the wonderful food and a fabulous location. Thank you all for the best holiday and experience and warmth I’ve ever felt on any of my holidays ever you are outstanding all of you.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. I’ve stayed in 1* hotels that were 100% better than this one. Everything about this hotel was bad, I don’t even know where to begin. My sister and i were made to feel very uncomfortable the entire time. The staff were only men and the whole time we received comments as we was walking passed, wolf whistles, checking the cameras and asking us why we haven’t been out of our room today. We honestly felt like we was being watched the entire time. Please see pictures of the holes in our room from where we also strongly believe we was being watched. Our room smelt so mouldy and disgusting that we had to move out the first night. When we explained the room smell, the staff just laughed at us but eventually did let us move after we told him to go smell it. The manager was a lady and she was so unhelpful and very rude. We could not wait to go home & this was a complete waste of money. The food was not “all inclusive” it was just the same menu for lunch and dinner and you couldn’t get more. I don’t know how this is a 4* hotel, this is by far a 1* if even that.

Wonderful stay… absolutely wonderful staff, so friendly & welcoming. Clean rooms great food & well Maintained. Maybe a bit tired in rooms but comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Any problems that might crop up they deal with promptly
