Heidi was amazing!!! Clean room and quiet-and the best breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel!!! Definitely staying here again!

Beds were comfortable, safe location, friendly staff, breakfast was good (except it wasn’t replenished often enough-sometimes out of eggs, yogurt and potatoes), housekeeping was great however, they threw out my opened (hotel) soap EVERY day. Was truly wasteful to trash it every day. One day, they even threw out my almost empty travel body wash I brought from home. I refill it for future trips. Besides those 2 little things, it was all great!

I cannot accurately rate this place because I left right after I checked in. The should have grabbed a clue due to my leaving the keys on their desk. The building is not the best, but what was silly is they checked us in, gave me and my wife a room on the second floor, let us get a cart to haul all of our stuff inside, then decide to tell us the elevator was broken. I immediately left since I was not going to make about 4 trips up and down lugging our belongings.

It was nice. Front desk lady was super nice and friendly. Room was in good shape over all besides the stain on the carpet that was still sticky when I stepped on it with my shoes on.

Just a bit hard to get to because of construction on the main road. Not their fault. The property is clean. The staff was very welcoming and the room was perfect.

Our bathroom had water pooring from ceiling due to room above us. Rather than sleeping in we had to get up and move rooms. Asked for a late checkout and was told it would be an extra charge. One door to outside was kept propped open at all times. Key card for room kept deactivating. Road work had street closed down so we had to go out of the way to get to main street. Wife got propositioned to purchase narcotics when she went outside to get something from the car.

One of the cleanest properties I have been in recently. There is road construction in front of the Best Western, but manageable. The only drawback is there is no elevator so if one is elderly as I am, hauling a suitcase upstairs can be difficult.
