特別大特別古老的一家酒店，兩台小哥超級好，介紹當地的各種特色以及出行方式，裝修是北歐風，很喜歡，下次一定還會光臨

預訂了三晚豪華雙人間，第一天酒店以該房型已滿為理由，降級為給了價格衹有一半的高級雙人間。之後溝通攜程退差價，攜程以酒店不同意退款為理由拒絕。整體對酒店以及攜程平台的服務非常不滿意！

早餐很棒，酒店就在市中心，服務很好，提供泊車服務，這點很棒

Very nice hotel, good atmosphere, stylish rooms, pool on roof, very good breakfast. Great location near station and Tivoli gardens but still very quiet.

This is lovely hotel. Highly recommended to anyone coming to Copenhagen. A bit morre expensive than others but way better

Beautiful stay. The heated pool was a hit and the organic and clean products smelled amazing. All staff was super friendly!

This hotel is fantastic, service is amazing overal. Our breakfast as room service was late due to a alarm test, the gave us a call to let us know and didn’t charge us for it. The little details made our stay wonderful.

Beautiful property, really enjoyed our stay here. It was very quiet, very easy to get to from the airport (train and short walk to the hotel). Breakfast was yum! Only disappointment was the pool being closed for maintenance during our stay. However, on our final night we went to see the pool area and found it open! We asked at reception and they said maintenance finished early. Fair enough, but it would have been nice to be informed as the pool was the main reason I booked the hotel in the first place! Other than that, we had a lovely stay!

New hotel with all the amenities and thoughtful design details. Excellent breakfast. Superior room on the small side.
