La comunicazione tra Ctrip e l'hotel non era sufficiente. Ctrip aveva già riscosso il mio affitto, ma l'hotel ha ripetutamente detratto l'affitto dalla mia carta di credito. Dopo la comunicazione, il sovrapprezzo è stato rimborsato. Alla fine, l'hotel ha comunque addebitato 25 yuan per una bottiglia di acqua, ma non abbiamo mai aperto il frigorifero e non ho bevuto l'acqua dell'hotel!

Excellent Location, but Room for Improvement in Services The hotel’s location is ideal, with direct access to the lake and a beautiful surrounding area. Regarding amenities, while there are several options (sauna, gym, steam bath), the overall experience does not match that of other Marriott hotels I have visited. There were some shortcomings in the room that should not have been present. For instance, the shower gel dispenser was empty upon my arrival, and I had to notify the reception. Items such as toothbrushes, bathrobes, and slippers were not provided in the room but could be collected from the entrance. I would prefer these essentials to be available in the room initially. The breakfast was satisfactory, though not as rich as in other Marriott locations. There was a delay in the process of entering the restaurant, with only one staff member handling guest seating. This occasionally led to wait times of up to 10 minutes during peak hours (notably on 4 out of the 8 days of my stay). However, the staff was impeccable—extremely polite, professional, and always willing to assist. If some improvements are made in amenities and organization, the hotel could offer a more complete and enjoyable stay.

Great location, friendly staff & reasonably responsive to requests. However the reception staff were not up to date with providing the best answers on modes of public transport and their payments

The staff were super helpful and the room was clean and quiet, I really would recommend the place, even the food was good like the Sunday roast special.

The hotel was overall pretty good. Sauna + Gym were very nice! But unfortunately the hotel didn’t have any parking spots for cars. And in front of the hotel it was super expensive to park :(

This is just like a three star hotel. The worst Marriot I have ever stayed. The facilities are really old.

We really enjoy the stay at the hotel. It is a good location and we are lucky enough to have a free upgrade, so we can enjoy the lovely river view! Highly recommend!

The hotel is a bit dated. Appreciate the room with river view. Breakfast was moderate, staff friendliness could be improved.

Excellent location by the canal and easy to get around some major attractions.

Good parts: 1) Room is very big and quite clean; 2) It's located by the river, so the view is quite nice and good for morning walk So-so parts: 1) The hotel is 15 mins walk to the metro line. There's no 7-11, grocery store and restaurants nearby which can be quite inconvenient; 2) The hotel was under construction when we stayed there. It was very noisy in the morning; 3) The staff is not very welcoming compared with the other Marriott I stayed before

This hotel I advice to everyone

It is a good hotel and would recommend it. It is not in the heart of the city which is a walking distance to tivoli gardens about 15 minutes

It’s an ok hotel, love the location and as well helpfulness of staff. A little more attention to room cleanliness will be good, and making drinking water available after room service shouldn’t be on-demand. It’s drinking water, that which is a necessary for all guests. Missing my credit to my Hilton Bonvoy account.
