The location is beautiful. Valley view and tea gardens are amazing no parking available food is not available they ask for breakfast and take it from outside. Water chok ups in basins

I am writing firs time review bcz of terrible experience. First of all there is no road to reach this place and google map will not support you bcz of walking way if you will reach there there is no parking available second the staff is alcohalik and they got sleep around 12:30 and thair sound is clearly audible in room so you can not sleep. Third one is there is no cleaning in room insects are walking in room and some cockroach are also in room water facility is also very poor. If you are couple so please don't go there

The hotel is worst. Don’t go by photos. Those are old ones and we got trapped by same. They gave our room to someone else and offered us unhygienic room. Also no restaurant and no food at night was available. Bathroom is in bad. Bed bugs are there

This was the First time i have visited to this Place and Booked this hotel. On the Day of checkin when we were on the trip i though to reconfirm and inform them to keep the room ready and when i called them, they told me that we couldn't Check in Because there is a leakage in the room and room is flooded with the water. Then he suggested me to book any hotel in Ooty or Coonoor, Payment is on them for that night. Then we searched and booked a hotel. Before informing him he called and told me that he has arranged our stay in another hotel. Now as per his suggestion we already made a booking and now god knows why he booked another hotel for us and he paid or not ,,, he refused to pay us for that night... That is pretty unprofessional to inform us on the checkin day. and the services are pathetic. and he made us suffered more loss. Not recommended at all

Rooms are stinking smell. Location is not convenient for commutation. No parking facilities room has only one power socket. They didn't give bath soap. Have lot os insects inside the room. Only good thing is it has tea estate view from window

I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, i noticed a strong and unpleasant odor throughout the facility. The blankets and table cloth in the room were torn, and the spray jet in the bathroom. The taps and commode seat were also broken and in unusable condition. Despite my repeated complaints, the two staff members on duty were unresponsive and did not take any action to address the issues. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to its serious hygiene and maintenance issues, unresponsive staffIt's important for potential guests to be aware of these issues before making a reservation, and for the hotel to take immediate action to address them.
