Manor View is exceptional in every way. Comfortable, thoughtful, beautiful location, perfect. Breakfast was always delicious, with many options. Room was wonderfully comfortable. All of this is topped by the owner Anne who is warm and friendly and kindly helpful. I came to explore ancestry; Anne drove me around so I could see where my relatives had lived, and even made a connection for me with a living relative. Aside from a lovely place to stay, I’m grateful to Anne for such hospitality.

Stayed for just one night as we were passing through. Anne was a friendly and accommodating host, food was delicious, room clean and comfortable. The location is lovely also. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again if in the area.

Stayed four nights here, and they were excellent. Anne was friendly and helpful, food was excellent and the room was very comfortable. Recommend staying here.

Lovely stay
Fabulous stay at Manor View. So friendly and comfortable. Excellent stay. We came for the golf at Portrush but would come again to explore the local area. Fabulous breakfast too.

Fab stay with amazing breakfast
Absolutely lovely stay at the air bnb! We were late checking in due to a delayed flight but the owner greeted us very friendly and gave us a menu for the breakfast the next morning which was delicious and veggie friendly! Breakfast also very flexibile with a wide range of options that you were able to add extras on/pick and choose parts of the menu. Would highly recommend lovely rooms and great power shower.

Five stars – A perfect stay, every time
Everything at Ann’s B&B is always just right. The place is spotless, beautifully maintained, and clearly cared for with real attention to detail. You can tell that Ann takes great pride in what she does — from the little touches in the rooms to the warm welcome on arrival.
Ann really goes that extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and at home. Whether it’s offering local tips, adjusting breakfast to your preferences, or simply checking in with genuine care, she’s always one step ahead.
Highly recommend this stay — you’ll feel truly looked after from start to finish.

We were made very welcome at the Manorview and had a lovely, spacious room. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and it was all delicious. We especially enjoyed the homemade shortbread. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

I stay at Ann’s B&B every month now for work and will continue to do so. Working away from home isn’t always the most pleasant experience, but Ann makes it so much easier. She’s warm, welcoming, and friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The house is immaculately clean, and breakfast always sets you up well for the day. I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough – it’s a real home away from home.
