Fomos muito bem recebidos. Não precisamos nem apresentar o voucher de reserva. Quarto limpo, ar condicionado funcionando super bem. Café da manhã excelente. Super recomendo

Ottimo hotel! La camera non è molto grande, ma sufficiente p alloggiare molto bene 1 persona o 2 persone con poca bagagli. Io considero la posizione molto buona TB. Il colazione è molto buono e ha superato l'aspettativa. Vale la pena il ritorno di qdo ho bisogno di ospitarmi di nuovo in BHte!

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where there are many small shops and restaurants. Nice modern design. Small pool on rooftop. Very good breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a lot of space. I recommend the junior suite as they are even more spacious. Most staff members are really nice. They do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had some small hiccups but I really appreciate their efforts to overcome these small issues. Some staff members do not speak English but you still can manage. Thanks to all the staff members and managers (Jessica, Lidia, Daniel etc.) who helped me have a great stay.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

Gostei muito da hospedagem. Custo x benefício ideal.Funcionários simpáticos. Café da manhã achei ótimo. Fui a trabalho. Pra descanso e deslocamento foi perfeito. Só senti falta de tomadas no quarto e o cobertor não estava com um cheiro agradável. Fica a poucos metros da praça 7. Usei o estacionamento conveniado , R$ 40,00 a diária com o desconto do hotel. Com certeza voltaria e indico.

Abbiamo lavorato da 13/10/21 a 07/02/22, tutto è andato bene. 1) camera vecchia ma tutto funziona, molto pulito e Marcia lasciava impeccabile. 2) la ricezione è tutti molto gentile (non ci dirò nomi perché posso dimenticare qualcuno) 3 Il caffè della mattina e un show a parte, Michele e Damari sono un amore, Michele mi ha insegnato a fare i miei pugni, che mio marito Marcos amava. 3) due osservazioni: a) il bicchiere da infiltrare può essere controproducente, ma non è amico della natura, potrebbero usare un bicchiere di vetro per il succo. b) la sala del caffè, questa con un'infiltrazione orribile, quella parete umida/embolinata per chi ha renite è un incubo, Spero che riparate. Prossimamente lavoro a Betim, Samba sarà la nostra fermata

Ho ospitato per le vacanze. L'hotel ha una bella vista, il parcheggio costa 30 reali per notte, ma se avete una macchina molto grande sarà difficile entrare. Mi hanno dato una camera nel terreno e non sono riuscito a dormire per il rumore: notte chiara. Per quanto riguarda i dettagli: blackout rasato, lenzuola di basso piccolo che non forava il letto, controllo dell'aria completamente sporco e grudento. Il personale della ricezione è molto educato e disponibile, perché il manager è tutto meno che il manager: slegante e sconveniente. Non tornerò e non consiglio!

hotel é super bem localizado. Muito limpo e pessoal acolhedor. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Garagem deixa um pouco a desejar... principalmente em carros maiores. num geral o hotel eh muito bom.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché era un viaggio d'affari e era il più vicino al compromesso che avevo, ma è ”isolato” e non è vicino al centro di BH. Le tovaglie erano pulite, ma avevano un odore diverso e strano. La copertura era ottima e l'aria funzionava super bene, ma c'erano segni di rotondo di bagaglio di viaggio sulle pareti bianche che ritengo un aspetto orribile pro camera. Era molto buio e, come era su un piano alto, non aveva nulla di rumore, il frigo funzionava bene e era molto utile. Mi aspettavo di più del caffè, avevo solo pane e poche opzioni di frutta e succhi. Era pazza con il pane di formaggio, ma era fredda. La fortuna è che il caffè inizia molto presto alle 6:00, quindi per chi ha un impegno è fantastico. Infine, per me era valido, perché era solo un giorno e un viaggio d'affari.
