Hotel in zona Targul de legume, Constanza

Sono stato in tre diversi hotel qui a Konstanta. Tutti avevano quattro stelle, ma solo una poteva convincere con servizio, gentilezza, pulizia e servizio clienti. [Il On Plonge Junior]. Il personale è gentile. La stanza è sempre top pulito. Mangiare e bere erano davvero buoni e economici. Anche qui si menziona la gentilezza dei bambini e la possibilità di giocare per i piccoli. Un giocattolo e un bollo in più arredati davanti all'hotel non era mai un problema. Il servizio di lavanderia è stato offerto e ha funzionato molto bene. Tutti in borsa di lavanderia e lavare e riunire 48 ore dopo. In un altro hotel, anche se la lavanderia non viene lavata, non è la lavanderia. Sinceramente, cosa vuoi dire. Infine, un complimento molto grosso a tutta la squadra di On Plonge, continua così.

The architecture is fantastic, ancient Egypt is present everywhere. The terrace is dreamy, it invites you to taste a glass of rosé wine in the evening .... What I think you should have is an indoor pool ..... Success

We stayed a week at the Iaki Hotel (and were sad not to meet Gheorghe Hagi !) We were very pleased with our room 303 which was extremely comfortable, the bed was good and quality linen. We had a large covered balcony with a sea view which was lovely. The bathroom was also good but need to mention the bath grab handle was coming away from the wall, we could have done with a rubber mat for the bath as it was very slippery and the towels were large and plentiful but over boiled and needed replacing. However it was otherwise a good bathroom. The front desk staff were exceptionally good and helpful and sorted us out the hop on hop off open top tourist bus into Constanta which we thoroughly enjoyed. The bus stops close to the hotel both directions and amazingly was only £2 each for over 2 hours ride. There's no audio though and the provided map was difficult to follow with 100 numbers, but it was fun ! Breakfast was a bit of a struggle, bread ran out by 9.30 most days and one day the bread available was very stale. The orange juice was lovely as were the croissants. The cooked section did not really suit the English palate, the omelettes were like tasteless leather and who eats salad for breakfast ? I absolutely loved the pool BUT there is a children's pool but the children were all in the main pool and in the deep end with water wings on and jumping in so getting a swim at times was difficult. People also put very large inflatables in the pool which again was tricky as they kept tipping the occupants over into the water. I was twice knocked by children diving in. The other disappointment was the lack of collection of plates and plastic tumblers etc - while the 2 pool staff sat playing on their phones. Three parasols blew over during our stay and one hit my husband but no-one came to see if he was ok, he was, but had a graze where the broken off part hit him. It also hit a man standing by the pool but the pool staff just collected it up and never asked if everyone was ok. We ate 3 nights in the Terrace Restaurant which was ok but it was hard work getting some staff to get our order right. To be honest some staff are rather sloppy and it is not possible to tell who is the Manager because that person needs to be about more making sure things are running smoothly. It is a very comfortable place to stay and I am glad we stayed there as it is classy in appearance and rooms appeared to be sound proof. I would stay there again if I came to Mamaia but I hope some of my criticisms are taken on board as helpful to improve the customer experience.

Super prezzo - rapporto di efficienza! La colazione ci ha sorpresi e è stato ricca e di buona qualità! Il caffè austriaco di Julius Meinl, uno dei migliori caffè austriaci, è stato un'emozione e mi ha molto entusiasta di trovarlo nel Mar Nero. Le camere erano molto buone, l'unica proposta di miglioramento sarebbe prendere matite più dure. Ma il divano da letto era super e mio marito ha dormito sul divano che era un po' più duro e anche sufficiente. La spiaggia si raggiunge attraverso una scala e noi verremo qui più spesso l'anno prossimo e trascorreremo qui i nostri fine settimana. Buon servizio e eccellente personale che è sempre amichevole e utile. L'hotel era molto pulito, che meritava un punto di più.

Improvvisamente pulito. Non c'è nessuna restrizione all'uso della zona di spa, puoi rimanere finché vuoi, la temperatura è controllata attentamente in tutte le zone dell'hotel, non ho sentito alcun disagio al lasciare la zona di spa per entrare nella mia stanza, profumano costantemente la zona di spa aereo, c'è musica a basso volume adatto per la rilassamento totale.La stanza è stata pulita ogni giorno e le toletta, i bagni sono cambiati e lo shampoo è riempito, tutte le richieste sono state soddisfatte rapidamente.La colazione era diversa, deliziosa, buona espresso.E il massaggio, sorprendente. ( Felicia e la sua collega siamo professionisti e piacevoli).

Confortabile con buon parcheggio. Grandi viste. Alla passeggiata dalla spiaggia e dai ristoranti.
