This newly remodeled, fly-fishing themed cabin is located on the banks of Franklin County's Salmon River, just a few minutes from the US/Canada border. This river's exceptional trout fishing is one of the best kept secrets in Northern, NY. Place was amazing! My boys and I(19&24 yr olds) had a great time! Place had everything we needed and some! It was very clean and tidy. It was relaxing and peaceful. We caught some rainbow trout early morning and had a crane visit every morning! Hiked nearby Cascade Mountain for some amazing views of the high peaks... As well as a few rounds of golf in Malone. Hope to return again.

The River House
Perfect stay for our family. The house is small, cozy and private. The house has everything you need. The internet works great. The river is the most relaxing thing you will ever hear! The porch in the morning drinking our coffee was our favorite spot.

Perfect!
So beautiful! When we were not fishing we relaxed on the porch watching the water with our cups of coffee. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Modern comforts in the peace of nature, could not ask for more!

Amazing Getaway
This was the perfect cabin. It met all our needs, fishing, relaxation, and space for our dogs. Very private and the view of the river every morning made it the best place to disconnect. This will be our go to cabin in the future.
