Conveniently located about 5 min from Downtown and close to many stores, restaurants and parks! Enjoy a heated pool 90° all day long while grilling and having a great time with your family, friends or co-workers Note: POOL CLOSES ( OCTOBER 20 and reopen MARCH 25) We charge $25/day to heat the pool We do have 5 cameras outside (1 ring camera facing the entry way, 1 on each side of the house including the pool area) theses are only for safety reasons. Please note that the garage is currently not available for guest we use it as storage. you can park up to 5 cars on the driveway.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No parties, No smoking, No lifeguards on duty for swimming pool swim at your own risk.
