A beautiful home in a fantastic location, it's perfect for a relaxing and stress-free getaway.Entering my home you will be greeted with an open plan living area featuring a spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area. Brightly lit and beautifully designed, my lounge area is the ideal place to hangout after a long day of exploring the area. Opening out onto the outdoor entertaining area, your backyard for the weekend is a vast green golf course.The kitchen boast stainless steel appliances, a convection cook top, oven, dishwasher, plenty of storage and a generous bench space, allowing you to entice your inner chef. All dinnerware, glassware and cutlery can be found in the kitchen cupboards for those wanting to cook, wine and dine in as well as complimentary tea, coffee, water and snacks for you to enjoy. For the travelling professional, next to the dining table is a small work space available for your use.Moving into the living quarters, you’ll find two well-sized bedrooms to choose from. Both bedrooms are fitted with hotel quality sheets and linen, with the beds arranged as 2 king size beds, or 4 singles. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found in the living room, where the two lounges double as sofa beds sleeping two each!The central bathroom servicing my home is stocked with essential toiletries and soft cotton towels for each guest. If you’re here on business or for an extended stay, you’ll be happy to know that there is communal laundry with a washer, dryer and iron. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250.In addition, guests queries are to be directed to us only. PLEASE DO NOT TO LIAISE WITH THE RESORT. Guests amenities is within the unit. DOT NOT USE THE TOWELS IN THE LAUNDRY OF THE RESORT. If the resort staff see anyone helping themselves with the resort's properties, there will be a fine of $20/towel.
