O:LV Fifty Five Hotel - Adults Only

I stayed at what was supposed to be a luxury boutique hotel, but it deserves zero stars—honestly, I’d give it negative stars if I could. This place was a complete disaster. The only things that were remotely acceptable were the towels and bed linens, but even those couldn’t make up for everything else. There was no carpet, which is okay, but the floors were absolutely filthy—covered in dirt and grime, especially in the bathroom, where mildew and grime were everywhere. It was clear that proper cleaning and maintenance are not priorities here. Housekeeping was virtually non-existent. The room smelled musty, and cleaning was barely done. The air conditioning hardly worked. Getting help was a nightmare, as the front desk never answered the phone. We had to go downstairs every time we needed assistance, and when we did, the staff was completely indifferent. But the worst part? We couldn't even check out and find another option because the prepayment was non-refundable. We were stuck there, unable to leave, and it was a total nightmare. This place is a total scam. It’s far from luxury and barely even qualifies as a budget motel. I will never stay here again or in any of their affiliated hotels, even if they paid me. I’m telling everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. Do not stay here! It’s a disgrace to the hospitality industry. Take a look at the pictures and judge yourself.

Took my girl to Puerto Rico for a 3day trip. Found this hotel on instagram we really enjoyed it. Hands down best vaca yet!!!!

Love the vibe of this hotel and the staff was amazing! We had a few issues the couple of days and they were so quick to address...like minutes. Lol! The location is in walking distance to the beach and so many local restaurants which was very convenient. We took a rideshare only once and even that destination was less than 10 minutes from the hotel. My only complaint is the noise in the morning. I think there is a door for loading supplies near the entrance. It was right under our room and extremely noisy in the early morning . Almost sounded like construction. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. Make sure you enjoy breakfast on the rooftop and the pool! Gorgeous views of the lagoon up there!
