This will result in a $150 additional cleaning charge.Door Mini Blinds - The upper left Slider will open and close the blinds, the right slider will raise and lower them.Air - The window unit provides hot and cold air.Iron - The iron is located under the sink. You can set the ironing board up on the counter and plug the iron in on the left power strip.Bath Towels- Do not use towels to wash off makeup. Do not use bath towels to wipe blood or bodily fluids. Only use paper towels provided.Messes - Please pickup any messes with the paper towels, provided under the sink. Stains on bedding or towels will result in a back charge to cover the cost of these items. Street Parking - parking is available anywhere in front of the house. Please do not park on the driveway as this is reserved for the other listings.Noise - There is a 10pm cut off for general noise, music, etc. Bedding - The bed should be left unmade as we strip and wash all bedding after each guest. Valuables - The Host and VRBO are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
