I look forward to welcoming you to a detached and private very clean, cozy, quiet and quaint, standalone carriage house suite in the desired Lazo neighbourhood in Comox, BC. Offering a one bedroom chalet style suite with bathroom, full kitchen and separate private laundry in a serene setting just five minutes from the beach at Goose Spit and very walkable to town, local hiking trails and many biking paths, shops, restaurants and more. Parking is provided. Long or short term stays are welcome.
Head up to Mount Washington to hit the slopes or explore all the Comox Valley and surrounding areas have to offer and make this your home base to come back to and relax. Whether you are coming for work, an adventure, a retreat or other, we look forward to welcoming you.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About children:Adults only.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Perfect pied à terre to run up and down the 325 steps to goose Spit.
The cozy carriage house was bigger and more spacious than we expected. Immaculate and everything we could possibly need. Peaceful except for the road works which will finish soon.

A gem in Comox.
It was a very pleasant stay. The manager/owner met us at the door and promptly took us to our accommodations. She gave us a personal tour and read us the information sheet.We had two observations that were not mentioned during the reservation process:There were a few steps to climb. Two huge barking dogs.Also the town of Comox is experiencing a huge infrastructure process consisting of many road closures. Obviously its not our host's problem but it is more difficult to get around. Thanks Tara for your warm and wonderful hospitality.

Super sweet little cabin
Despite road construction, a very peaceful getaway! Close to the beach (if you don’t mind stairs!), a great kitchen, and a comfy couch. We had great sleeps and fun days here!

The carriage home was the perfect size for two people. Tara was fantastic The fill kitchen ( with everything you could need) we great and there was tons of fresh Linens. The only down side was you had to walk through the back yard and that set off the dogs in the house every time. But the area was beautiful and it worked for our needs

Private, quiet and safe. Great neighborhood and a very nice private well appointed separate cottage. All you need easy in and out access. All the appliances you will need if you are planning on a longer stay. Comfortable.The host is engaging and welcoming. Even the dogs and the cat are friendly. Darren G
