Enjoy a magical winter vacation with Ice skating just a block away on the lake or bring your hockey sticks and enjoy a game of hockey. Skiing and tubing only 10 minutes away at the Grand Geneva or 20 minutes to Alpine Valley. Enjoy all the Lake Geneva winter activities, Ice sculpting, Ice castles and winter fest. Visit the Sky circus on ice, kite festival on ice in Delavan. Then return to our home and snuggle up to the wood burning fireplace. A perfect get away to delight these dreary winter days! I dare you to sit in the living room and look out at the tranquility of the lake and let all your worries fade away. Hang out in the spacious upstairs living room with a movie or head to the heated game room fully stocked and ready to play pool, darts, enjoy a movie night, PlayStation and board games. The outdoor basketball court will keep those kids young and old entertained and then have some smores around the outdoor fire-pit with plenty of seating. The 3 outdoor seating areas have ample seating for everyone. Walk a couple of minutes to either of the private beaches with children’s playground or swim out to the lily pad by Papas. The house worked perfectly for our family vacation, with plenty of attractive spaces to gather both inside and outdoors. Not only was the kitchen one of the best equipped we’ve ever encountered, there were toys and games available for all ages. I’d certainly recommend it and would consider renting it again.

Just a beautiful home that was a perfect fit for our family. Probably the best stocked rental that we've stayed in - they had everything here: kitchenware, beach gear, outdoor supplies, cooking essentials. Host was responsive and helpful. Location can't be beat! Close to the beach, a tasty pub across the street (and several others withing walking distance), less than twenty minutes from downtown Lake Geneva. House was very clean as well. We re-booked for next summer before we even checked out!

A wonderful Lake Como vacation! We had such a wonderful stay at Kate's place! The house had plenty of room for all of us (6 adults, 4 kids, and a toddler), was clean, and had everything you could possibly need. The location literally could not be beat - close to multiple sandy beaches and bars/restaurants (we particularly enjoyed the Next Door Pub which was practically across the street - it had great food and outdoor space for the littles to enjoy while we had dinner! We also enjoyed Bloody Marys at Papa's.). Kate was extremely responsive and helpful!

Daughter’s Bachelorette Party was perfect! My daughter is wanted a low-key bachelorette party with her bridesmaids and close friends, and this home was perfect! It was large and everyone had their own bed to sleep in. The amenities and small details of s’mores supplies and coffee added to the experience. The homeowner communicated very well and was always available. The location of the home is perfect with the lake only steps away! Highly recommend! We are now planning a family vacation, and this home will be our choice to vacation in.

Great place for a group This place was great for our group of 10. Nice and clean, very well stocked and tons of space for everyone! A couple of friends in the group are thinking about family reunions here. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a nice place to relax, I know we will be back!

Family weekend getaway It was a wonderful place to stay! It is a beautiful location and the house is perfect for a family get together with great gathering places but enough space to spread out when needed, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We will be coming back!!!
