Molto bello personale e utile ! Belle camere , pulite e letti sono comodi ! Le camere hanno dove se si vuole si può cucinare se necessario ＞ Le camere hanno una zona di cucina nella camera per l' uso . Una cosa molto bello da avere quando si sta soggiornando per pochi giorni o più ! Solo non ci sono piatti , ma hanno alcuni in lobby si può acquistare o noleggiare come penso . Non ho usato nessuno così non sicuramente che sono . Le camere sono molto belle . Il colazione che devi comprare ogni giorno, non era male, è sempre bello avere cose calde e altre cose da ottenere. Almeno offrono qualcosa ma devi pagare per questo, che la parte cattiva anche!

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, può anche aiutare a stampare. Ci sono piccole bevande come acqua calda e caffè 24 ore libere. È molto adatto per i asiatici. La colazione è anche molto deliziosa per scegliere molte cose. La salsa è molto buona. L'hotel è anche nuovo. L'ambiente è molto buono. L'unico difetto è molto vicino alla strada, ci sarà un po'di guasto, Ma il complesso è ancora molto buono, il servizio è in posizione!

I had a poor experience at the Sheraton in Novi while staying with a family member to celebrate a belated Christmas as we weren't able to get together around Christmas proper. While I was upgraded to a room on the club lounge floor, the guest room I received was not clean by any definition of clean. There was hair on the desk and desk chair, hair on the toilet, hair under the toilet seat, hair on the wrapped bar of soap and soap dish, stains on the desk, and stains on the face tissue container. The single bathrobe hanging in the closet appeared to have been previously worn and didn't have a cincture. On my reservation I specifically requested only 100% feather pillows. My reservation also requested a bathrobe, slippers, extra pillows and extra towels. I didn't receive any of those things. The four pillows were four polyester down-alternative pillows. Those pillows are horrible. They always feel like someone stuffed cotton balls in a pillowcase. During check-in I noticed a sign at the front desk saying daily housekeeping is not provided, unless specially requested. The major cleanliness issues that I experienced are a direct result of what happens when hotels don't clean rooms and other spaces each and every day. I received zero Marriott Bonvoy elite status recognition. Specifically, I was not offered the choice at check-in of breakfast in the restaurant, an amenity or points. I complained to the general manager, who to his credit acknowledged the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, fully apologized and took responsibility. To resolve the issue, he offered to comp my stay and ensure that the room was thoroughly cleaned while we were out of the room and off-property at a nearby shopping mall. He also apologized for the lack of Bonvoy recognition and provided the $100 cash compensation that is required by Marriott for not offering guest with platinum or higher Bonvoy status the choice at check-in of breakfast in the restaurant, an amenity or points. When we returned, the room was properly cleaned. The pillows were replaced with feather pillows, although none of the feather pillows had pillow protectors or pillowcase liners. Two clean bathrobes and two pairs of slippers were placed in the closet. The general manager was also kind enough to leave a bottle of wine in the room. My family member was really appreciative of that gesture. Despite the issues, the staff that I encountered throughout the stay were polite, welcoming and hospitable. That aside, there was zero excuse for the cleanliness issues or the lack of attention to what was specified on the reservation The club lounge was open with an average evening offering that included a selection of assorted cheeses, crackers, grapes, fruit and some basic canapés. Besides free nonalcoholic drinks, an honor bar featured cheap house wine ($5 retail bottles of wine) selling for $5 a glass. The club lounge is a nice smaller space. This is THE Premier hotel in the Novi area. I've stayed at almost all of the local hotels across Hilton & Marriott and this one beats them all. Worth every penny to have such a clean room, great staff and a fabulous restaurant all in one well-maintained hotel. I'm sort of surprised it's labelled a 3-star hotel but I guess the rating system has changed. In my past this would have been a 4-star hotel. Excellent location with lots to do & amazing restaurants within a stone's throw of the front door. Their Executive Floor is key-accessible only so only those who have a room on that floor will be in the hallways and the robes are nice! The snack center is the best in town. Room service has been awesome with fast service & great food. Everyone in the local area knows & loves the Toasted Oak. For someone with allergies, this hotel has all the right things in place to bring me back. I've been here for 10-day stays recurring this last month & will be back to do that again right after Christmas. Rooms are really spacious, allowing for lots of luggage. If you want top-notch service, great beds, and an all-around great visit, stop by Renaissance Hotel in Novi. You won't be disappointed.

I come to this area every year for a classic car cruise and visit family. This is the closest hotel to my family. I have stayed here in years past and its been average. Nothing special but I don't spend a lot of time there to begin with. This visit the room was overcome with a musty odor. The only way to combat it was to run the A/C very high and keep the bathroom fanning running. After a day in the sun we would come back to this ice box. Without doing that the room smelled and none of the linens would dry. And it was't really that humid out. The Wifi was also very glitchy. These are enough factors that when I return next year I won't be coming back to this Hampton Inn.
