Located in an elegant and secure new mountain-style residence at the foot of the slopes in Combloux, this cosy flat, surrounded by Mont Blanc and the Fiz mountain range, sleeps 6-8 people. It also has a shared wellness area (sauna and exercise machines) accessible from the residence. Ideally located at the foot of the slopes and just a few minutes from Combloux town centre, this flat offers all the comforts of a new build with quality features, perfect for a stay in the mountains in winter or summer. This beautiful new 55 m² flat on the 1st floor comprises : - a living room with 1 sofa bed (140 cm) and a cosy dining room, - a pleasant balcony and small garden with a wooded, peaceful view, including a dining table, 1 coffee table, 2 deckchairs and 1 electric griddle, - one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, - one bedroom with two 90cm single bunk beds, - a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, Magimix multifunction food processor, waffle maker, raclette, fondue), - an entrance hall with two wardrobes and a corridor, - a bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 toilet, - a separate toilet room with 1 washing machine, - hoover, hairdryer, high chair, cot, - TV and Wifi, - a heated ski locker, - A covered parking space is available, - shared wellness area (sauna and exercise machines). The area: located on the heights of Combloux, at the foot of the slopes (50 m from the ski lifts) you will be in the best position to access and enjoy the large ski area of the Les Portes du Mont-Blanc resort, with over 100 km of alpine slopes spread between Combloux, Le Jaillet (in the commune of Megève) and La Giettaz. The resort offers panoramic views of the surrounding massifs (Mont-Blanc massif, Aravis massif, Fiz chain, Aiguilles Rouges massif). Shops and restaurants as well as ski and equipment hire shops are just 50m from your accommodation. A 5-minute drive or 25-minute walk along a bucolic footpath will take you to the centre of the village of Combloux (a charming, warm and authentic Haute-Savoie village described by Victor Hugo as 'the pearl of the Alps in its setting of glaciers'), where you can take advantage of all the winter and summer activities. You'll find the traditional restaurant Le Loup Comblé, the chic restaurant Le Chalet d'Emilie and the on-slope restaurant Le Coeur D'or. In summer, the resort of Combloux also offers a host of activities: hiking in the mountain pastures, mountain biking, tennis, trail riding, fishing, paragliding, BMX on the pumptrack, swimming in the biotope lake, shopping, etc. The property is also a 5-minute drive from Megève, internationally renowned for its shops, gastronomy and "après ski", as well as for its huge Evasion Mont Blanc ski area with 400 km of pistes, accessible via the Rochebrune ski lift, also a 5-minute drive away. The accommodation is also just 30 minutes from Chamonix for exploring the Vallée Blanche. The Conciergerie des Stations takes care of welcoming you and handing over your keys, and remains available throughout your stay if required. A key box system is also available at certain times. Arrivals are from 4pm. You must leave before 10am. Transport: you can reach the accommodation from Sallanches-Combloux station in 10 minutes by car or from Geneva airport in 1 hour 10 minutes by car. Hotel-quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
