The front desk staff is not able to properly communicate in English or German, so you better speak Spanish and even if you do they will not be of any help. I asked where to get water and they sent me to a vending machine not telling me there was 2 free waters in the room.
I asked how much breakfast was and they said it was included, sat down started to eat when a lady asked for our room number. She then tells us we need to go pay after we started to eat and after we were told it was free. It cost over 25 euros for 2 people.for their breakfast and thebfood was terrible definitely not worth the money.
Final straw was the air conditioning broke, our room got to 40°C with no breeze coming from the outside. When we talked with front desk they said no maintenance available, no manager to talk to, no room to change to(B.S. because there were rooms advertised), no fan to give us and no refund if we leave. First the front desk lady said "it was working yesterday, why is it not today". I replied" i dont know I'm not an A/C repair guy".
She then tells us since we booked our room through ********** we should contact them with this problem and have them fix it.
YES because ********** is responsible for your air conditioning problems.
Beware of this hotel chain, they do not care if you have issues/problems.
