Hotel Natura Park

Please avoid at all costs if you are English !!! Firstly we booked as a family of 7 on arrival we entered the hotel and the receptionist was extremely rude no hello nothing just stared at us I said we are here to check in as was a morning flight was only 9 in morning didn’t expect my room to be ready but she rudely laughed at me and said you can’t check in but bearing in mind I had paid full board so wasn’t bothered about the room but when we have been travelling all night with young children and we are refused so much as a glass of water even though we have paid for that day is a disgrace was told there’s nothing she could do come back at 2 no maps or anything given to us !!! I then asked if we could at least leave our luggage somewere she pointed to a door next to the lift !! No security at all just a door which when you open leads on to a bad alley for anyone to take your stuff I said is there no we’re abit more safe Was just replied no it’s your stuff leave it or take it !! So we had to trail all our luggage around with us with our 4 children the youngest being 2 plus my disabled dad just to find a drink !!! Not a supermarket in site all the locals are so rude not one restaurant was inviting us in we would walk to look at menu and was all In Spanish and they would just ignore us or shake their heads at us cause they don’t want us there !! We ended up walking back to hotel to see if pool bar was open which it was but they do not sell snacks and only offer bottled pepsi or there local orange! We was finally allowed to check in at 2 they charged us tax per room £15.67 Which is a disgrace , rooms are by far the smallest rooms I have ever seen I travel to Spain twice a year and have never seen rooms so small we struggled to get pram in the room as the wardrobes behind the door the bathrooms you can’t open the doors full because the toilets in the way if you was pregnant or a bigger person you would not be able to use bathroom it’s that small and the door locks get jammed which is not safe for children luckily I was on other side when this happened so I could help my poor child !! Balcony door also did not lock had to tell Reception that sent someone up to put a new lock on balcony door the rooms are very dirty the fridge was full of mould and stunk thick dust all over skirts was just overall dirty ! Food was absolutely shocking never seen food as bad I could not eat it was vile same food dinner and tea breakfast ham cheese bread all cold Foods but stale from day before there’s literally one option for children to a tomato sauce With pasta every single meal My poor kids was so fed up and was even a nice pasta sauce Was like the cheap tomato soup cup one was very powdery and horrible !! The meats avoid at all costs they have someone cooking chops but these are not cooked my children got them one night and had flesh in middle luckily I seen before they could eat them and looking room restaurant everyone was leaving them I have reported this to the c

Just been to the bar where i was served an Estrella which had slivers of glass on the rim. A piece of glass was clearly missing and acknowledge by the girl who served me. She wanted another 2 euros for a replacement or continus drinking glass slivers. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR...what else do they short cut on. Also room no air con which you pay for as its in the price, location is rubbish. 11 of us agree and would never go back

Pasamos unas grandes vacaciones, las habitaciones tienen buenas vistas, comimos muy bien y el personal no podría ser más amable. La playa quedaba cerquita y la piscina estaba genial, ideal si vas con la familia. En el futuro, si podemos nos encantará repetir ls experiencia.

Tengo dos valoraciones para este hotel, comento las dos pero puntúo la negativa: COMEDOR PARA INTOLERATES MUY NEGATIVO Valoración hotel de trato, instalaciones aunque un poco obsoletas y comida bastante bien, le daría un 4 sobre cinco. Comento la valoración dejada: Es lamentable que los intolerantes a gluten, lactosa, etc.. tengas tan pocas opciones de comida. Disponen de un menú de unos cuatro primeros y cuatro segundos que no se cambian, carne con verduritas o pescado con verduritas, encima la variedad de estos platos son siempre cerdo y merluza con muy poca elaboración. En nuestro caso con intolerancia al gluten y lactosa las opciones fueron mínimas y sin elaboración como he comentado, con mucha diferencia a otros hoteles en los que hemos estado.

Hotel muy bien ubicado . Grande con mucha gente y mucho ruido. Habitaciones pequeñas para 4 personas. Pero con lo necesario para estar agusto. Limpieza correcta. Personal en general amable. Animación casi inexistente. Había dos animadoras y en la piscina una se pasa las tardes charlando con el socorrista y la otra con los clientes, ponen una red para voleibol o porterías de waterpolo y se ponen a lanzar juguetes a la piscina sin más (se van y no explican nada, dejan la piscina llena de churros, aros o lo que sea y yo me pregunto para qué). Mi hija se aburrió como una ostra y para nosotros era un aspecto importante. La piscina pequeña para tanta gente y muchos jugando con pelota (molestando). No hay sombra. El socorrista muy borde y pasota. Un día vi a una señora discapacitada sentada en el borde de la piscina, sus cuidadores le quitaron allí en público un pañal y a continuación la metieron el el agua, nadie les dijo nada y es un ejemplo de la falta de higiene y de control que hay ahí. La comida es impropia de hoteles de esta categoría. Aprovechan mucho las sobras de una comida para las siguientes. Faltan carteles indicando qué es cada plato. Y lo que cocinan a la plancha lo dejan crudo por dentro porque van corriendo para hacer más. Los picnics muy escasos.
