La cosa che più mi ha colpito di questo cottage è stata la cura quasi maniacale dei dettagli che rasenta la perfezione, la famiglia che gestisce questo B&B è infatti molto pignola, forse anche troppo! La procedura di registrazione, il check-in, mi è stato gentilmente mostrato dal padrone di casa, location, ambienti, stanza, fino ad una descrizione accurata della colazione. Si sente un attaccamento al lavoro un'abile e capace attenzione verso il cliente... ottimo! Unica pecca, un cortile dove la superficie in ghiaia molto grande non agevola le manovre di parcheggio! La stanza aveva dimensioni generose anche per una singola! Non manca nulla, una buona illuminazione è un discreto set da bagno. Poche attività in questo piccolo villaggio, il paese più vicino è Beer. Ottima invece la colazione all'inglese, servita con gentilezza fatta persona.

We had a lovely holiday at White Cottage. It is a beautiful thatched cottage with lovely garden area to sit and relax. The bedroom was nicely furnished, the bed was very comfortable and the lightweight duvet was very much appreciated as the weather was hot during our stay. The cooked breakfast was superb and other breakfast food & drinks were nice too. Hosts Donna & Steve were very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome.

My third stay here, and it’s the best B&B I’ve ever stayed in. Donna’s attention to detail in the presentation of the bedroom, as well as the beautiful way the breakfast table is laid out, leaves you wanting for absolutely nothing. And Steve’s cooked breakfast - again, the best I’ve had anywhere. A delightful warm and welcoming couple - and yet another master class in just how a B&B should be run!!

Couldn't fault anything, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was superb, with plenty selection. It was an ideal base from which to explore.

We have just had the best stay ever in the white cottage. Steve and Donna were the perfect hostesses, nothing was too much trouble. Bedrooms were immaculate with added fresh milk and water every day for your drinks. Fresh towels, comfortable bed. Breakfasts well, there was so much choice. The white cottage was much better than some of the hotels we have stayed in. The garden and surrounds were lovely. All in all a fantastic few days, thank you Steve and Donna

We had a fantastic stay at the white cottage. Donna and Steve were the best , they have catered for everyone’s needs. It’s spotlessly clean,the bedrooms are amazing and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfasts, well all you can eat and drink. My husband was ill whilst we were there and they made sure he was ok and they helped me out. Fantastic owners, fantastic cottage and beautiful garden you can sit in. Go on give them a try it’s another heaven. Car can be parked safely and their are shops and a good hairdressers.

My wife and I had the joy of staying here. It is such a beautiful hotel in a lovely, quiet area. It is hosted by wonderful people who will truly do anything to ensure you have a great stay with them. So incredibly welcoming and warm. The room itself was lovely and cared for in great detail. There is a charm to this place that I think is priceless. The real highlight for me was the breakfast. One of the tastiest sausages I have ever had, and I've had my fair share! I only wished I could have spent more time in this quaint cottage. We were there for my dad's wedding, so we didn't get nearly enough time enjoying the communal lounge or the gorgeous garden. We'll simply just have to come back again!

Donna and Steve were wonderful hosts. The room was warm, quiet and spacious. It was so nice to stay in a cottage with a thatched roof. The gardens out the back were delightful and there was ample parking. Breakfast was delicious. We would at the White Cottage again, if we come back to the UK.

Beautiful cottage, immaculately clean, great facilities, and friendly owners. The cottage is well located for a walk around the local area, the tramway to Seaton, and only a 15 min drive to Lyme Regis. We stayed in the family room and were very happy with everything. The breakfast each morning was delicious, and the owners were incredibly accommodating of dietary needs and preferences. We’re very happy we found this B&B for our short break.
