The staff was friendly and the hot breakfast was good. The room was awful. I had one bath towel, one tiny garbage can in the bathroom, and the room smelled funky. Upon checking out I informed the front desk as I did not want to be accused of taking towels, stealing a garbage can, or smoking. The desk clerk assured me she knew I hadn't done those things. She said the smell was from previous smokers. My question is why would they rent that room knowing it had odor problems. The hotel was not full. It looked like a nice place, but I will not stay there again.

When we left, we said goodbye to hotel hell. Dirty sheets and towels on halls for days. Ac and heaters didn’t work. So humid out dry clothes got wet. We were there 5 days and had we not been so busy we would have left and stayed somewhere else.

This is not a safe hotel! The housekeeping staff left the doors propped open that were not in use and had not been cleaned. Right before midnight someone tried to get into our room. I called the front desk and the desk clerk had to received any other complaints. We could still hear voices in the hallway. The front desk clerk called the Manager and the police. She never got back with us to tell us what they found. She told her manager that the police said it was clear. When we checked out the next morning, I asked the manager if she was aware of the room doors being propped open overnight and she was not aware. I doubt the police went through each of those rooms. Also, no one got back with us at all that night. For all we knew the front desk clerk could have been harmed, or worse. VERY POOR SECURITY AND COMMUNICATION. THIS IS NOT A SAFE LOCATION!

Arrived at the motel at 7 pm and room wasn't ready, A group of us went out to eat for dinner arriving back to the motel at 8:30 pm and room was still not ready. More prompt services with rooms being cleaned or a call advising us rooms was not ready before we traveled would have been great customer services.

When we arrived our room appeared to not have been cleaned well. The bathroom had dried substance (puke or poop) on the bathroom walls, on the trash can, and on the tub. I doubt anything had a good scrub or been sanitized in a while.

Wonderful "convention" experience. Facilities beautiful, extra clean. Staff superb - helpful, accommodating, friendly, efficient - from check-in to server to housekeepers. Lupe gets extra cudos. We were directed to the best parking spot to enter and be closest to our room. Food delicious. Rooms at comfortable temp. Bed comfy with lots of pillows. We've never had a better experience. Would highly recommend this Center for any reason. (We did not have time to try the pool.)

Upon entering the door, I could tell this hotel is not kept up. The halls and our room had not been vacuumed. I had to ask for soap as there was none in the room. There was also no fridge or elevator. We only stayed here because our entire baseball team was staying here.

Don't stay here for the pool. We had 7 kids that we thought would enjoy the pool area. Freezing cold, dingy, no basketball for the hoop and lights were turning off at 850. Very slow check in & out. Clean rooms.

We were there for a weekend convention, and everything was top notch. The staff was incredibly helpful and everyone had a friendly smile Rooms were spacious with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast was what you’d expect but always full and hot with plenty of choices. The banquet at the dinner was some of the best food I’ve had for “convention food”. We loved the potatoes, beef and chicken cordon bleu I would recommend this hotel for all conventions. (We did not use the pool)
