Pretty good with reasonable price.

房間寬敞明亮，停車場充足，最關鍵的是早餐很豐盛，有牛奶有肉，有雞蛋有麥片，而且還有水果沙拉，幾乎是最近我在美國吃過的最好的早餐。

衞生，早餐，酒店都還不錯，性價比比較高。

Property was fine. I understand that other customers can give a property a bad rating. The people staying around room 142 that night stood in the hall and were yelling at each other and in their room the children were very loud.

Clean property. Parking lot was a mess potholes everywhere. Fire doors wouldn't work unless you lifted button before pressing. Need soft closures for stairway doors.

We had a rough stay. We had to stop for the night because on a snow storm. We checked in at 11pm and went straight to our room. As we walked up to the door we could hear a smoke detector chirping. Sure enough, it was the one in our room. I called the front desk right away to get a new battery. The phone rang for a good 6 or 7 minutes with no answer. I then went down to the front desk to the sound of the back door closing and there was nobody in sight. I looked all around and waited several more minutes for some assistance, nothing. I went back up to the room and continued to call the front desk. 20 minutes later someone answered and said to come down for a new battery. When taking the smoke detector down, there was a wire hanging from the wall that was not connected. come to find out the wire nut they used was too large and did not even clamp down on the small wires. So they were laying inside of the nut loose. Sounds like a fire hazard if this is the way the whole "renovation" was done. After 4 trips to the front desk and an hour later, they switched us rooms. All of this while my two young kids and wife just wanted to go to sleep. This, plus the wrinkly boiled eggs laying in water at breakfast was a big turn off. We will never stay here again!

I wasn’t able to make my reservation due to a snow storm… I tried to call the hotel to cancel my reservation and they didn’t pick up. I then proceeded to call ******* and they did nothing to help either. This is horrible customer service and should not be allowed, especially when it’s due to an act of God, I had no control over the weather and roads. And yet I won’t be given a refund.

Very nice room - we were pleasantly surprised to say the least! Very clean and the bed was comfy! Just a quick overnight for us but would def stay again when in Columbus!

While the property's location feels just a tad sketchy, the interior of the property is beautiful. The rooms have been redone very recently and are really beautiful. Unfortunately, there were two major problems - the room was sprayed with an overwhelmingly strong deodorizer/scent. It was overbearing and gave me a headache and made me nauseous. Second, the shower temp is controlled so that it doesn't get warmer than just warm enough for a shower, though the faucet was capable of getting scalding hot.
