Anche se ho già pagato più di Trip.com ho ricevuto la stanza dall'hotel e quando le ho detto che avevo già pagato e mi è stato detto che questo è stato cancellato ma il giorno dopo ho ricevuto un messaggio contro la mia banca che mi ha pagato la stanza, quindi ho dovuto pagare la stanza tre volte, e non ci accetterei più, perché è collegato a molte circostanze. A partire dalle 9:00, il personale si dice che quando pulisce la stanza, la musica è forte. Devo dire qualcosa di nervoso.

We used reward points for this stay and it was a great value. The hotel was easily accessible off the interstate and was close to a mall; and a Costco was located across the street. We asked for a two queen bed suite and the room was outstanding. We had lots of room, a couch, and two flat screen televisions. There were plenty of plugs for our electronic devices and a Keurig coffee maker in the room. I would give this hotel a 6 plus if allowed.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel perfetto per un fine settimana si allontana. Alla passeggiata dall'arena nazionale, dove abbiamo visto un concerto. E' stato bello non combattere per il parcheggio! Il tempo era perfetto per poterci sedere quella notte al pozzo e rilassarsi. Abbiamo ordinato cibo dal ristorante. Un hamburger sorprendente! 10/10 consiglio. Dirò, l'unico negativo era l'AC non era il migliore anche con esso si è rivolto così basso quanto sarebbe andato, era ancora stufo

Purtroppo, il Fairfield non era al livello dell'ultima visita. Quando siamo entrati, ci erano tre persone che ci hanno fatto entrare. Non c'è problema per il tempo di attesa, ma quando è il nostro turno, non c'è stato alcun riconoscimento di essere un membro di Marriott Gold, ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' ne' Inoltre, il cameriere indossava quello che sembrava un ventolatore aerea dell’Alaska e non in alcun tipo di apparecchio Marriott. No denominatore. No grazie per essere rimasto con noi. La stanza era buona, anche se le strade sembravano sporche. Il pranzo era il tipico Fairfield e era ben tenuto e pulito. Molti ospiti rimase la notte che eravamo lì. La principale questione era il servizio clienti, anche se il personale che lavorava al desk in mattinata era molto più amichevole. In generale, non è stato così buono come l'ultima visita.

This was my second overnight at A Country Inn & Suites. This one, however, didn't quite measure up to my stay at a different Country Inn. We were relieved that we were still able to check in without difficulty quite late at night. The building was situated reasonably close to the highway but finding the actual hotel amidst other hotels and housing was a bit confusing. The pristine, spotless appearance of the public areas was the first thing I noticed. Unfortunately the lighting in our dark room was completely insufficient. We did eventually discover a lamp on the desk but the on/off switch was not intuitive and these very weary travelers simply wanted to unpack and fall into bed. Good thing the lighting in the bathroom turned out to be fine. But where were the additional tissues? We quickly used the few that remained from previous guests but could not locate an additional box. The bed was comfortable and we slept very soundly. Even though we could see traffic in the distance from our window, the room was quiet. The breakfast buffet and selection was just EH. But it got us through the final leg of our trip.

UUtente ospiteCamera accessibile per disabili: Un po' deluso: la lattina di sicurezza è stata completamente rotta; il cortile è stato a breve e l'acqua si splacca sul pavimento; il pavimento della doccia intorno al muro è vecchio e marrone, guardando da un'età e/o pulizia/doccia inadeguata sede, quando si piegava, era solo un look sporco; in generale, è un po’ obsoleti e la stanza non si sentiva o sembrava pulita.
Inoltre, il colazione si apre alle 7:30! Dovremmo essere sulla strada prima che il colazione sia anche un'opzione! Non è buono per coloro che restano in questo hotel per la settimana e hanno impegno di tempo! Questo è stato un grande negativo per noi.

UUtente ospiteArrived to my room and realized I didn't get the room I booked 5 months ago. I went to the front desk and only then was I told they were overbooked and the I could not have the 2 double bed room and could only get a room with a pullout. They could have/should have told me that at check in. Tara told me there was nothing they could do. Finally she told me that since I used a corporate rate they could do nothing about the rate (which is NOT true), but she could give me points towards a future Marriott stay, so I had no choice and apparently them overbooking was my problem. So I agreed and she asked me if we needed anything. I told her that since we now have a pullout I would like an extra blanket for the pullout which she said she would have delivered to the room. We left the hotel shortly thereafter to go to the concert. When I arrived back at 11:45pm, I found that not only was the blanket never delivered, but there were NO sheets for the pullout. I called the front desk. He told me that he could get the sheets and blanket, but I would have to come get them, and not to come for 15 minutes. Really? So, I went down and waited for someone to show up at the front desk. Finally a saw the gentlemen I spoke to sitting in a chair in the back room at a desk on his phone. I asked him if anyone was getting sheets for me. He told me he was just about to do that. Really??? So he went to get them. After about 5 minutes he returned. No blanket. I asked him where the blanket was. He said ”right here”. I said no, that is a mattress protector, not a blanket. He said ”oh, come with me and I'll get you one”. So on the way to the housekeeping room he said ”I only saw some old brown blanket, do you want that?” Really??? So he handed me the old brown blanket that I'm pretty sure was made of sandpaper, and I returned to my room. So this is the service you get at Marriott? I was quickly reminded why I almost exclusively stay at Hilton properties. Additionally, the HVAC in the rooms barely works. I had it set at 67 all night and it never cooled off. This huge hotel was overbooked, and they have one person on staff for the entire place. What a disappointment.

UUtente ospiteWe stay at German Village Inn twice a year in the fall. We were just there, and as always we were treated with courtesy and kindness. Our room was clean and functional. The value proposition is good. We love the German Village area for the atmosphere and fun places that are in walking distance. Planks is a favorite restaurant/bar. The Thurman Coffee Shop is a great little breakfast place. We make the trip to Columbus for Buckeye Football. We Uber to The Shoe, and it all works well for us!
