You cannot beat the walk-ability of this house to downtown Columbus! Our family loved walking to the library, kidscommons, Commons indoor playground, and Lucabe coffee shop. We loved the three bedrooms to spread out. Just a note that the one bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms and the master bedroom must walk all the way to the back of the house in order to use that other bathroom. Watch out for bug bites when outside of the house. This isn't an issue that the owner can fix though because the water pools on the curb in the road out front leading to lots of insects- just bring your bug spray! Communication was always great with the owner! They even came to our rescue when my son got us locked out of the house. The house was clean upon our arrival. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay at this house again.

Relaxing refresh Very cute home, just as described! Within walking distance to several great restaurants! Made the quick drive to Nashville IN for some fun shopping! Equally close to Brown County State Park. Would stay here again!

Lovely house, Lovely neighborhood The property could not be located any more conveniently. We were visiting for the architecture, and the tours and information from the nearby Visitors' Center was fantastic. We walked downtown, into the IM Pei library next door, and drove all over Columbus without any trouble at all. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The only concern was the black mold outside the shower and the need to replace the caulk inside. We are both retired faculty from programs of interor design and architecture, and sensitive to issues like mold.
