I decided to go ahead and book a room even after mixed reviews our stay was pleasant and quiet. Room was nice & clean, blankets sheets clean not dingy or stained found no bugs at all and the furniture was nice i did not go to breakfast so I can not comment on that over all I will be back for another stay in September

This hotel exceeds expectations!! I visit this often when I travel for work in Columbus. I always find it to be clean with a pleasant smell. The staff from the Manager to the housekeepers are always very professional and courteous. They make sure mine and my colleagues are very well taken care of and that they do all that they can to accommodate us. And just from personal observation I’ve noticed the same attentiveness to other patrons as well. You guys have my business anytime I’m in town!! You rock!!! Charles Ellington

La camera era pulita e spaziosa, con microonde, frigorifero e piccolo bagno. Il colazione e molto buono con biscotti sono il migliore che abbia mai avuto. Rimasi qui per il gioco PSU vs Auburn molto facile guidare al gioco e indietro. Nichole in vendita di gruppo è stato grande da lavorare con. Sicuramente penserà di rimanere di nuovo in un Holiday Inn Express.

As a solo female traveler I book at hotels where there is a restaurant or bistro offering a light dinner and a glass of wine. I prefer to not to have to go out at night in an unfamiliar city. I booked at the Courtyard Columbus Phenix City/Riverfront SPECIFICALLY because their website stated there was bistro that would be open ( I checked the hours) so I could have a light dinner, glass of wine and then go to my room. Upon checking in, I confirmed that the bistro would be open and was told that it was closed for renovations. I look over and there are clearly no renovations going on. So I had them check a Marriott that was closer to the airport that said they had a bistro (asked them to call) and tjhat bistro wasn't open either. So to not have to search for another hotel at the last minute I said I would stay, but, asked about an upgrade for the inconvenience of having to go out and find somewhere for dinner I was told I could ”upgrade” but would ahed to give up the free breakfast. Which really isn't an upgrade. So, not caring so much about breakfast, I took the room. The next morning as I was leaving, I dropped my key in the box and walked past two women working at the front desk and neither one said thank you or have a nice day. I was a guest walking out with my luggage and neither front desk person acknowledged me. As I walked out the door I yelled back thank you and only then did the women at the front desk acknowledge me. If your website says you have it, you need to have it. You must always acknowledge your guests as they come and go. Basics of hospitality.

Grazie alle eccellenti informazioni e all'aiuto fornito dal direttore generale e dal personale di questa proprietà, siamo stati in grado di ottenere il nostro pupiano aiuto immediato ! Il direttore generale ha guardato anche il nostro altro pug per il tempo che dovevamo andare a vedere il vet!L'hotel è molto pulito e il personale è molto amichevole!Posso solo raccomandare questa proprietà!

UUtente ospiteMe and my boyfriend stayed a couple of times at this hotel a few weeks ago ! Friendly staff especially Bobbi, she was very friendly, respect, and helped with anything we needed. Well me and my boyfriend stayed here a couple of night because of his work and the heater was not working in our room, which is understandable because it’s just now getting cold here in Georgia, but I went and asked someone at the front desk for an extra cover because the heater in our room is not working and it’s freezing. She looked me dead in my eyes and said nope! That was crazy to me! We just paid all this money to this hotel and I can’t get an extra cover because the heaters in your hotel isn’t working... so when I told my boyfriend about it he says she’s the manager and she’s always rude for no reason . Which is not a good look for this hotel she needs to be in a office alone and away from customers. She makes the front desk look bad, especially when I know some of them don’t act the way she does. Tried to talk to the owner he never responded. So I called corporate and took matters with them.

MMary6706Questo hotel è stato consigliato da un amico a Columbus. Era molto bello e pulito e confortevole per molti negozi e ristoranti. Ci sono andati a letto tardi ogni notte, quindi non abbiamo servizio di pulizia giornaliera per asciugamani ecc. L'unica cosa negativa che direi è che nessuna delle loro macchine d'acqua o di soda è stata immagazzinata (per causa di Covid?) Non sono sicuro se offrissero colazione complementare o no, non era mai in tempo. Il personale era molto accogliente e amichevole.

UUtente ospiteLa mia fidanzata e io abbiamo visitato Columbus GA per vedere la mia sorella che si trova a Fort Moore (Fort Benning). Un altro parco a parte il personale, l'hotel è situato vicino a tutto quello che avresti bisogno, tra cui un piccolo centro commerciale e un teatro cinema.
