Its a nice place at reasonable prices close to good food, and interesting attractions. I like it a lot.

The heat in my room dosnt work an its cold as hell outside. I had to put towel at door cause air was coming in

The staff was not friendly. I had to get my room key fixed everytime i walked out of the room. The tv froze most of the time. It is a very outdated hotel.

The room was quite cold (60degrees) when I entered. The heater could not be set above 74 and the heater was not capable of warming beyond 72 degrees. No toilet paper, no tissue paper, no coffee maker, no hot water for the shower. The breakfast room was also cold, maybe 65 degrees. I had to knock on the office door to request a remote for the TV in the breakfast room and when the door opened it was significantly warmer in the office, to the tune of at least 10 degrees warmer. Breakfast was ok. However, the waffle batter ran out before breakfast was done and not refilled.

This was an absolute terrible experience. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. I made my reservation for a King Room, and when I arrived to check-in the very rude lady at the front desk said that she didn't have any King Rooms left. She gave me a room with 2 beds with no compensation. The 1st room she gave me had not been cleaned and the beds were not made. The room we ended up with the floor was dirty and need vacuumed. I tried to take a shower in the morning and there was no hot water. The room didn't even have a trash can. The walls were dirty and in need of repairs and painting. The refrigerator in the room did not work and we ended up leaving our food in the car.

During the stay. I had to immediately get another room due to the heating system being extremely noisy. Front desk was amazing with proper professional attitudes. Now the next room Could remind you of a crime scene. No outlets worked except by the bathroom only 1 nightstand available bedside. The lamp at the front that was never used.. completely fell over due to being trash....yet is left in the room ...for looks ...but will immediately collapse if you open the curtains. I used to always visit. That was my 1st back in months and now I will go elsewhere.

we checked into a room with double beds, and it appeared as though someone had just gotten out of one. My daughter showered upon us, entering the room and the shower clogged immediately. I notified the front desk of our issues with the bed and the tub and inform them that we would be out to dinner for the next few hours. I requested the changes be made while we were gone. We returned to our room to find the bed in the same condition as when we left and the tub not much better. When I called the front desk, the woman that handled my phone call was rude and then hung the phone up on me. They did however issue me a full refund , that’s awesome customer service and that’s sarcasm!

Never gave any bad reviews before but this was most terrible rooms experience.End up changing to 3 rooms, 1st one with very bad smell, 2nd with Terrible AC sound and toilet not running.and 3rd room without any hot water..Booked 1 king bed and staff mentioned all king rooms were booked.,Also not good food. Least recommended
