Colorado Springs: hotel a 2 stelle

Grande posto per restare mi piaceva n la gente r grande i bambini vivevano lì r andiamo di nuovo grazie per la gentilezza

Il personale è sorprendente. Rimango al satellite ogni volta che visitamo Colorado Springs. E per noi intendo mio grande nipote e il mio cucciolo di servizio Sunny. Le camere sono dotate e pulite. Ci ritorceremo. Anche le primavera sono piene di intrattenimento, quindi non si annoia mai.

Questo hotel si trova in posizione centrale per attrazioni, vista sul sito, buoni ristoranti, eccellente personale, utile e gentile. Camera pulita, comoda bed and bedroom climatizzato. Comfortabile. Acqua calda abbondante. No Elevator, abbiamo soggiornato nel 2° e nel 1° piano di questo hotel. Le 1° 2 notti erano nel 2° piano che era difficile per mio marito, il personale ci informiamo quando si verificavano che avevano una 1° piano disponibile per il nostro soggiorno esteso! Il servizio di fronte è eccellente! Colazione numerose scelte ogni giorno.

molto comodo area lobby ...nice/spazioso area colazione ...camera pulita e confortevole con letti comodi ...buona acc e bagni puliti ...Le camere sono state aggiornate ...Personale di front desk informativo e amichevole e professionale ....grande posizione per l'autostrada 25...pool e lavastoviglie pulite ... Tutti in tutto un buon valore per il denaro!

This is a really nice property and a highly recommended place to stay. Everything about our stay was great from start to finish. Very comfortable beds, lots of hot water and a good shower with plenty of nice towels. I was really surprised to have daily maid service, which seemed like a distant memory for hotels. The only area of improvement might be the ”hot” breakfast items...especially the sausage gravy which was a mix and did not do much for me. Everything else was as expected and the coffee was very good. Definitely would recommend!

Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno. La proprietà era ben tenuta e mi sono divertita con l'acqua fresca nel lobby. Il ricevitore era molto gentile e informativo al check-in. La nostra stanza era buona e pulita. L'hotel era anche sorprendentemente tranquillo, sono abituato ad alberghi che hanno un po' di rumore, soprattutto con la nostra camera situata vicino all'ascensore, ma era molto tranquillo. Certamente consigliere e restare ancora!

I don’t understand how anybody could be excited about this place. The staff was nice and the breakfast was acceptable and the coffee was definitely good. Having a comfortable bed without sheets that smell like fabric softener is a pretty big deal and this hotel had that which was great. However, the air conditioning and heating system was very dated - with paper taped on the thermostat to tell me to use the manual controls on the air conditioner…which was barely able to blow air. The other mismatched furniture was well-used as well. I don’t know how anyone could consider that this was recently remodeled. The bathroom felt to be beneath the expectations of a Hampton. The wifi simply didn’t work. The lobby certainly does not feel modern in any way. I was depressed by it at first sight. I would stay here if I had to again but it definitely wouldn’t be a choice high on my list. I am sorry if I hurt anyone’s feelings at the hotel for giving a truthful review like this, but it was certainly not a positive experience that I’d like to repeat.

This hotel is filthy inside and out. The photos say it all. Do not believe the photos on their site. This hotel is Jekyll and Hyde. There is no comparison between what they show on their site and what they say about their site and what you will actually experience. Staff is argumentative and unresponsive. I arrived about 9:15 in the evening and it took her 20 minutes to check me in. This is a big complex. I was told how to get to the room but asked for a map. No maps. Going to the elevator was like descending into a black pit. No lighting. Found the room. No towels, no plastic cups; none of the simple amenities you get from the cheapest of independent motels/hotels. Holes in the wall from doorknobs. Baseboard separating from the wall. Lamp by the bedside had no plug on the end of the wire. Bare wire exposed. Overall grungy appearance. Microwave missing the turntable. Asked for another room. Two people now on duty but told that they could not leave the office to show me another room and would not give me a key so I could check out another room myself. Insisted I remove all my things from the room I'd been given before they would even show me another room. Removed my things. By then it was 11pm and she could show me a room. She selected two rooms. The first one smelled so bad she even commented on it but no towels, but it did have a turntable in the microwave. Not the right size but it was there. Went to the next room, the inside door handle came off in her hand when she went to close the door. Had towels but no cups. Given the lateness of the hour and my lack of knowledge of the area, I decided to take it. She gave me plastic cups. Next morning, I wanted to take a shower. Tried to use the phone in the room to call the front desk and report that I did not have any hot water. Phone did not work. I had to use my cell phone. Called the front desk to report no hot water and was told it was unavailable. No hot water--none, anywhere in the complex. At that point, I decided to leave. Went to the office to turn my key in and check out. The front office person screamed at me to get out of the lobby because only one person could be in the lobby at one time and she was working with someone. I left my key in the receptacle and left. There was a line of people outside the office waiting to conduct their business. One man had been in line for an hour. Checkout for any hotel I've ever stayed in is a matter of leaving the key either in the room or at the lobby. I've been a long time Red Roof Inn Rewards customer and this facility is the worst I've ever experienced by any hotel. The General Manager called me a few days later and was totally unapologetic. I subsequently received an email from him without any acknowledgement of the deplorable conditions I experienced. This facility does not reflect the quality I've come to expect from Red Roof Inn. Sono rimasto qui poche volte la prima volta che era per due notti. Era fantastico! Mi piaceva la mia stanza, ora ho problemi con qualcosa. Sono tornato un mese dopo per stare in settimana fino a trovare lavoro nella zona e trasferirmi in un altro posto. E'stato meraviglioso che mi piacesse e i proprietari mi piacevano, sono persone molto carine che si preoccupano dei loro costumi, e poi sono tornato a causa della perdita del mio lavoro dall'altra parte della primavera del Colorado. Finora è stato bello tornare e l'altro mi ha anche preso in giro, così non ho dovuto pagare per un camion. Questo è, a mio parere, uno dei migliori posti per rimanere nel periodo Colorado. E sono stato a hotel che non sono così bello come questo motel è qui in Colorado Springs. Oggi mi diverto nella mia stanza solo facendo arte e mangiando buon cibo da un vicino ristorante Low Mai è un posto fantastico se ti piace buon cibo si può solo camminare in tanti posti diversi intorno al centro o li ha consegnati in come Cinque minuti a causa della vicinanza. Recentemente, il centro della città è un hotel economico e storico, le strutture sono vecchie ma hanno ancora funzioni fondamentali per soddisfare i requisiti generali.Ho ricevuto in particolare l'attenzione della sorella maggiore del paesaggio dell'hotel e ho raccomandato una stanza con una cucina semplice al secondo piano. Ci sono alcuni attrezzi di cucina di base dove si possono cucinare alcuni pasti da soli, adatto per i passeggeri con esigenze particolari.Un tour nel centro della città può andare a piedi.C'è un museo di moto operato dal pubblico nel centro della città che vale la pena visitare gratuitamente Moo Friend. C'è una bella casa di Mackenzie's Chop House che ha decenni di storia commerciale e ha ricevuto vari premi di onore per anni.Il bar del ristorante dovrebbe essere tutto il possibile e conveniente per camminare dall'hotel
