I've tried to review this hotel twice now, and neither one has been published. I'll try again. Check-In: Efficient, but the front desk was often empty. We watched several guests wait in the lobby for long periods of time before being helped. An unhoused woman sat at a table for an extended period of time one day, which was nice due to the snowstorm outside, but her profanity filled rants were tough for nearby children to hear. Breakfast/Dining: Fine although no breakfast meats provided except those in pre-made, stale sandwiches. Yogurt machine was broken. Plenty of seating. There are really no restaurants in the area except for one in a nearby hotel. We used GrubHub. Shopping: Small area with food, water, treats, etc. The water was double the price that the closest gas station charged for the exact same product. Decent variety that we chose to purchase due to events being cancelled due to snowstorm. The self-check out said the transactions weren't being processed, so we charged some water bottles to our room. When we got home, we found our room and our credit card had both been charged. Pool/Fitness/Laundry: Pool was clean. Hot tub was not. Fitness area was good. Laundry was $3 per wash and per dry. Clean and efficient area. Room: Full kitchen, although no paper towels for the entire five-day stay. One spoon. Two 1/4-rolls of toilet paper were on the holder when we arrived. We had to ask the front desk for another roll (five days and three people staying in the room during a snowstorm). No towel racks whatsoever (or hooks on back of door), so towels had to be hung on the coat hooks in the bedroom. One hook is outside of the shower, but that is needed for the towel of whoever is in the shower. Not a fan of glass shower doors when sharing a bathroom, but that's fine. No soap in the shower dispenser for the entirety of our stay, despite asking housekeeping twice. Speaking of, rooms are supposed to be serviced every other day. Ours was serviced on a Tuesday morning (checked in Monday night) and not again while we were there even though we made a point to be out of the room by 9 am every day. We checked out on Saturday morning - no housekeeping between Tuesday morning and Saturday check out even though we saw them in the hallway every day and specifically asked for our room to be serviced (sadly, they missed out on a large tip waiting for them every day). No fresh towels the whole time we were there. Two washcloths for three people for an entire week despite asking housekeeping for more. One make-up wipe for three people for five days - provided at arrival and never replaced. 1.5 rolls of toilet paper over five days. No paper towels. One spoon. Parking lot: Parking is free, but when the area got approximately 10 inches of snow, the parking lot was never plowed. We did not have to provide any vehicle information when we checked in, so apparently anyone could park in this lot. Cleanliness: The floor around the pull-out bed and the king bed
