This is a wonderful B&B! Perfect location in the middle of old Colorado with many good restaurants in walking distance. The morning breakfasts are wonderful. The updated game room in the basement is a surprise delight with pool table, darts, arcade, big comfortable sofas and tv. Highly recommend getting a room with a hot tub to enjoy the cool evenings. I loved taking a dip after long walks and super relaxing. This was my 2nd time staying here and will stay here again.

Monica and Tom were the perfect hosts with plenty of suggestions regarding where to visit for activities and great suggestions for food in the area. Room was amazing, very tastefully appointed, clean and modern. Breakfast was great, every morning something different but always tasty! Monica and Tom made us feel like we were visiting with family, very down to earth. Hope to be back .

The hosts, Monica and Tom do a wonderful job! Breakfast is wonderful and changes daily! Rooms are comfortable and you can see Pikes Peak from the front door! Old Colorado Springs is a block away! Great location and easy access to world class venues!!

This was our first experience with a B&B, and it was better than expected. The room was comfortable, and clean. Really enjoyed the hot tub on our own deck and the view of the mountains was fantastic. Breakfast was very good. Monica and Tom were very gracious hosts. The location was perfect for us being close to Garden of the Gods and in Old Colorado City.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Everything - from the hospitality to the furnishings to the location - was superb. The breakfast was delicious and tailored to our dietary needs, and Monica's recommendations were invaluable. The hot tub and fireplace made our stay memorable.

Better than I could have imagined! Comfortable bedding and sheets. Awesome and attentive hosts! View of Pikes Peak from double doors. Great breakfast and interesting conversation with other travelers. Well stocked beverage area. Refrigerator in room.

The stay was perfect, the food was great, and the hosts were knowledgeable regarding Old Colorado City and Colorado Springs. This bed and breakfast reflects great pride of ownership. I highly recommend this location for business or pleasure.

Old town was everything we hoped for in a b&b. My wife and I love b&bs for their uniqueness and fun friendly atmosphere. Our room was warm and comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and helpful for every request. Breakfast was amazing. The Tesla charger was a huge surprise that helped us get on our way without delay

We came here on our wedding night 13 years ago, and have come back several times since. Every time it's a great experience. Beautiful rooms in a really neat section of the city. It's easy distance to Downtown, Manitou and Garden of the Gods. We really love this place.
