We did not stay at this inn, but we did reserve what was supposed to be a cottage with an outdoor patio, in Colorado city Arizona through VRBO. In turned out to be a trailer home in a mobile park with an outdoor patio with a view of a piece of land with trash and a home falling apart across the street. Not suitable for children,in run down area that is an hour away from Zion national park visitor center not a few miles like stated. I want everyone aware the property # is 2615972 in VRBO. Stay away! Look elsewhere. We had to look for somewhere else to stay at the last minute. We stayed at the Best Western in La Verkin UT. 30 minutes away from Zion. Convenient,clean and complimentary breakfast. Drive was not to bad and away from the crowds.

Kris is a wonderful hostess. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the area. Breakfast was wonderful and conversations were warm! We will be back! The area is beautiful and hiking opportunities abound. Try day hiking Water Canyon on the edge of town.
