Colonie: hotel a 2 stelle

Ancora un altro fantastico viaggio per me e il mio ragazzo. Adoro questo hotel, sarà per sempre il mio preferito in cui soggiornare?

The hotel met the expecting you'd have with a Fairfield. Clean beds, no noise, great shower. Coffee was hot in the morning and checkout was a breeze. What really impressed me was post checkout. Within 30 min, I realized I lost a diamond earring somewhere in the room. I called the front desk and the girl personally ran up to the room to check for the earring. At this point the bed was already stripped, but lo and behold, someone had found my earning and had placed it on the bed side table. I discovered it so quickly they didn't have a chance to reach out but how amazing of the cleaning staff.! Not only were they keen to spot something in the bed, but also honest enough not to take it.

We needed a place to stay for one night and read good reviews about this place. We were not disappointed. It was probably not one of the newer Hampton Inns (when compared to others we've stayed at), but that was ok. The most important thing to me was that everything was clean and kept up well --- which it was. I definitely would stay here again -- thanks for a nice experience!

Questo è un buon posto in una bella posizione. Molto prezzi decenti e hanno camere da fumare e non fumatori. È il mio posto migliore per andare ora quando ho bisogno di un hotel

La stanza è pulita, il bagno è bianco e bianco, mi sento molto comodo, la stanza è anche molto confortevole, e c'è un divano che può anche essere tirato fuori come letto. Il personale di servizio è molto paziente, molto inclusivo per me, l'esterno

La proprietà può essere datata, ma il prezzo era giusto e il personale era TOP NOTCH. Erano professionali, gentili, utili e approfonditi. Come giovane donna che si è fermata all'aeroporto dopo mezzanotte, questo hotel mi ha curato adeguatamente!!!

This hotel was filthy (clumps of long hair on the wall and in the bathroom corners). Upon arrival, the AC was not working in the room. We called the front desk and were told not to touch the AC machine and only use the wall mounted controls. They were not working so we asked that they send a maintenance person to look at it since it was uncomfortably hot in the room. We were informed they do not have a maintenance person on site nor do they have one on call. So after fiddling around with it for a while we figured out you had to turn it on at the machine first before the wall controls would work. We called down to the front desk to tell them we had figured it out and the front desk person responds with “ohh I think I saw a memo about that room”. Thankfully we got it up and running. When we arrived at the hotel it was 10:30pm, we saw the room had no cloths, shower towels or hand towels so since everyone was tired we waiting until the following morning on our way out to a baseball tournament to ask the front desk to bring towels to our room only to be told “they don’t do that”. So we had to wait for the towels to be handed to us to bring back to our room. The breakfast - Sub par to say the least. Was not very good, not a ton of options and very limited quantities. At 8am there were no more potato patties left, when we asked if they would add more they told us they ran out an hour before. That means they ran out of potatoes 30 minutes into breakfast service. Breakfast starts at 6:30 and they were out by 7am. If you can stay somewhere else… Do it.
