Good hotel, but not 5 star. Good points - Excellent service - Spacious rooms - Nice Decor - Good pool service Bad points - Dirt lingering the the bottom of the pool - Cleaning standards weren’t good enough - No gym - No room service. It’s also worth mentioning that the barefoot restaurant was amazing! And the food served at breakfast and lunch time was great.

This is our second time at your hotel, and everything has been great. It's true that the shower tray has a design flaw, but the staff responded promptly and resolved the issue. I’d especially like to mention the guest service agent who was very kind, and particularly Carmen from breakfast, who is extremely friendly and attentive to everyone. Apart from this, there was a bit of noise at the pool because there are many children, but we understand it’s a family-friendly hotel, so no complaints there. We will definitely return on our next visit to the island. Thank you!

Great atmosphere, lovely rooms, nice linnen. Kind friendly smiling staff - especially in the breakfast and restaurant and reception. Great breakfast and restaurant. Would recommend to go the Cala s’arental Beach very close and the blue bar restaurant.

A perfect boutique hotel on the ‘sleepy side’ of the island, about 45 min from Parma, in a small town. It is well worth having a room with view over the sea, watching boats from the balcony. Rooms were tasteful and relaxed, and we really enjoyed the vibe at the (icy) pool. The food at the hotel is excellent (we had breakfast, pool lunch and dinner). Lovely restaurants on the bay, 5 min walk at night. Nearby beaches are some of the best on the island - we loved Cala Varques. We recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to return someday. Great room, decor, view, location, all excellent. Special thanks to Olivia at the front desk who was a great help throughout our stay, and all of the staff we interacted with were very good, friendly and attentive. Our only complaint came during dinner in the restaurant, very slightly below expectation and a miscommunication left us sitting and waiting, but overall the hotel was excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend it or go back. (How about a solar heater for the pool? It looked so inviting, but too cold to swim in in February)

We had family trip around the island, and stayed at this place for one night only. On behalf of my family, I thank the entire hotel team - you are wonderful, and your respect for guests - simply unforgettable! Fantastic breakfast, amazing breakfast team! Impressive spa. Beautifully designed rooms. Our special thanks to the reception staff Julia and her male colleague, whose name we did not ask, unfortunately. He helped us realize a wonderful relaxation in the jacuzzi on the roof! We really want to come back, and this time - at least for three days!!!

Has a beautiful ambience.. It was a joy to be at the hotel. Try and get a room with a balcony. The area of Porto Colom is exactly what you want from a Summer break - gorgeous restaurants, and lovely shops and a phenomenal port! The staff are fabulous too.

Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Well located for north east of the island. Recommend hiring a boat from Boatland. Paulo is super friendly. Breakfasts were plentiful and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Really happy we booked for our family trip. Pool is clean and ideal for a late afternoon cool down.

A truly wonderful hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the staff and service were fantastic throughout our stay. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was really good too. The location of the hotel was good being walking distance to many restaurants and a good view spot for the Lighthouse.
