Hotel in zona Race Course Arcade, Colombo

Amo questo hotel ho iniziato il mio viaggio qui in Sri Lanka e mi sono ripreso il mio ritorno a Colombo. Grande hotel, prezzi grandi, super pulito, comodo letto, cibo meraviglioso, piscina incredibile e grande personale spero di tornare un giorno!! 😀

La camera e l'hotel sono bellissimi, sono stati controllati a Sheraton in tutto il mondo l'hotel è lo stesso di altri rami.L'unica cosa è la receptionist mentre chiediamo il prezzo di estensione, ci hanno detto che è riservato e non ci lasciano estendere non a causa del pieno occupato.

It’ walkable to some of Colombo’s tourist spots. It’s very easy to find. Very quiet and the property also provides free towels. Beds are equipped with power outlets as well as head/reading lights. Staff were very helpful and informative. Le letti hanno un deposito privato per i locali.La proprietà dispone di un deposito (gratuito) e se vuoi lasciare il bagaglio mentre cammini intorno alla città dopo l'uscita. Si noti che la proprietà richiede 1.000 rubee depositi che saranno restituiti all'ospite al check-out.

Granbell colombo è il più bel hotel della città in colombo , offre davvero esperienza di ospite giapponese , cibo sono davvero deliziosi , l'hotel ha la più bella piscina infinità al tetto . Questa esperienza è molto attraente . Il bar di topo è un po'colpito in fine settimana.Ma il personale del bar fornisce un servizio veloce.Anche la camera ha caratteristiche moderne.E la camera ha una scheda di bagno.E'molto bello.L'esperienza complessiva è davvero degno di soldi.Il personale è stato molto amichevole. Mihiranga dalla reception ci aiuta molto amichevole durante il nostro soggiorno e il personale del ristorante Niroshan, il kasun è molto utile. Ci ritroveremo certamente. Grazie Granbell ❤

This property is gorgeous with the old world charm and the food and cocktails are amazing too . But above all, they ace in hospitality. The staff , right from GM to everyone else are so warm, courteous and helpful and they go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable.I had a ligament tear in my ankle while in Srilanka and be it GM Mr. Siddique , Mr. Emmanuel, the bell boy Mr. Sujith, and the rest of the staff , they were all so supportive and caring that I was totally moved by the way they took care of me. Strongly recommend this place with its beautiful people to all and I will surely be staying here again when I visit Srilanka

Our expirince at the hotel was amazing, we enjoyed eating at the restaurants including IOP Buffet, Peshawari. We also ordered In Room Dining, had a another wonderful dinner, hospitality always won our hearts. Special thanks go to ASHEN (In Room Dining Ordertaker ) who was helping us to choose most delicious flavours according to wishes. He was a incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our order. Indian food taste was also good Thank you ASHEN and ITC team hope to see you soon our next visit ❤️

We stayed here for a night (spent two days) before our flight back to the U.K. after a 3 week holiday in Sri Lanka. I specifically wanted access to a hotel with a good gym and pool and good room service so that we would feel nice and fresh and relaxed before travelling home, I didn’t expect much as I have found it difficult to get this in the areas we were travelling in. The Hilton has a brilliant gym and we also had a lovely sauna/steam and jacuzzi before relaxing at the lovely outdoor pool with a smoothie. We were upgraded to one of the new rooms and it was absolutely stunning, really modern and high end and we spent most of our time in our robes and slippers watching tv. We had food and cocktails via room service, cocktails and food quality was amazing overall and staff couldn’t be more helpful. One issue was the breakfast order to the room, I ordered continental breakfast and half of it was missing when it arrived. I had to call back several times and he seemed surprised that I also wanted to fruit platter and cereals (as it said on the menu and which I had paid for). My partner had ordered eggs on toast and it came with smoked salmon too, we had to call back about this and the manager said he added it because he thought we might like it. I’m sure he was just trying to be helpful but it meant 6 or 7 phone calls back and forward and we didn’t have a very relaxing breakfast. The food itself was wonderful and the staff really do work hard and are incredibly polite. We were advised on check in there would be some renovation noise during the day which there was but it stopped exactly when they said it would and we didn’t mind this as they are clearly working hard to upgrade the hotel. We didn’t see any area that looked like it needed upgraded as we had a new room, the entrance hall/lobby is absolutely stunning. We also used their airport service and although more expensive than a local taxi, it was very convenient and professional and we were taken in a lovely new car. Overall had a fantastic stay here and would 100% recommend.

This upper-end hostel provides a good environment to meet fellow travellers. The staff were very friendly and offered me baggage storage for a few days free of charge. The bedding and bathroom are clean, with free drinks provided at the lobby. The hostel is also centrally located in Fort, with souvenir shops and the Dutch Hospital being a stone's throw away. Airport pickup provided by the hostel is slightly pricey so I would recommend visitors to use Uber/Pickme instead.

Ok Folks una volta era uno dei migliori hotel in Sri Lanka, che è stato decenni fa, è uno dei pochi hotel del governo srilancano oggi. Questo non è così lussuoso per corrispondere a una cinque stelle, ma un bel hotel che si adatta bene a una tre stelle. Ci sono gli scalzi qui e là, è un vecchio edificio, si può trovare l'acqua calda non funziona o un interruttore rotto, scusa, l'hotel lavora molto duro per risolvere quelli con le poche risorse finanziarie che hanno. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e duro di lavoro. Se le chiedete qualcosa, non esitano a cercare di soddisfare meglio le vostre esigenze. L'hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato e lavorare duro per mantenere un buon menu di cibo. La gente lavora bene e duro, ma con le risorse finanziarie che hanno, ci sono limiti. In generale, è un buon hotel a 3 stelle con un menù decente di cibo e persone davvero gentili. Aiutateli prenotando le vostre camere con questo piccolo posto che ha una grande storia, più ospiti visitano questo posto, più soldi ricevono, così possono servirvi meglio la prossima volta che arrivate. Quando si fa il vostro recensione, cerca di guardare negli occhi di persone buone qui che stanno cercando di fare il vostro soggiorno migliore mai. Incoraggiate più persone a utilizzare questo hotel in modo da poter presto iniziare a cucinarvi con cinque stelle perfette.

My recent stay at Clock Inn Dehiwala was an absolute delight. The hotel location and exceptional service made it a memorable experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the welcoming staffs Akash and Dara made me feel right at home. I arrived late at the night and check-in process was quick and smooth.Also they were giving me suggestions about my dinner for the night which is very thoughtful of them. The room was spacious ,clean and well decorated, bed and pillows are so comfortable and that makes me sleep like a baby through out the stay.The bathroom is like a half of the room size, shower area is seperated with glass doors. The breakfasts is excellent with a choice of continental and some local foods with fresh fruits, Juice and serials.Sangeedhaan is always will be there at live cooking station with a big smile to help you.The only suggestion I have is to have a cold milk during breakfast time. I really enjoyed the garden out side of the room where where you can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea through out the day . The housekeeping staffs, Neris , Kogul and Sagar is so friendly and always will be there to assist with a big smile. Specially Neris,he will always greeted with a big smile. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, Clock Inn Dehiwala exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this charming hotel for a wonderful getaway. I can't wait to return for another stay in the future.
