Hotel ristrutturato da poco, moderno, ordinato e pulito. Si trova in periferia ma con l'auto è possibile raggiungere comodamente vari punti di interesse e anche l'autostrada. La camera era pulita, luminosa e abbastanza spaziosa, letti ampi e comodi, bollitore con the o caffè a disposizione, molte prese in comode posizioni per collegare i vari dispositivi, silenziosa; inoltre era climatizzata, non da poco visto il caldo torrido di questo periodo. Camere pulite e asciugamani sostituiti tutti i giorni. Colazione con tantissima scelta, vari tipi di pane, croissant, frutta fresca, vari tipi di yogurt, succhi, cereali, marmellate, formaggi, verdure e affettati. Macchinetta per caffè, the, cappuccino... Personale della colazione gentile e veloce, attivo e disponibile nel pulire i tavoli e sostituire gli alimenti che terminavano. Quello alla reception invece un pò meno cordiale e sbrigativo. Comoda la reception aperta 24/24 h anche se nessuno controllava chi entrava. Peccato per il parcheggio dell'hotel troppo costoso (essendo così fuori città) e un pò di difficoltà nel trovare parcheggi liberi in strada. Il buffet della colazione un pò caotico. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato.

NO STATO A QUESTO HOTEL.Abbiamo trovato un enorme cazzo di cavolo nella nostra stanza. Preparatevi ad aspettare almeno 10-20 minuti per un ascensore nei fine settimana, ci sono zero strutture nella vostra stanza. Nemmeno un frigorifero o caffè. Se vuoi caffè nella tua stanza, costa un altro $25. Una gita scolastica era sul nostro piano e faceva così tanto rumore, correndo verso l’alto e verso le strade, quando chiamavamo la sicurezza E il desk front, nessuno rispose, quindi dovevamo uscire dal letto e chiedere agli altri ospiti di rimanere tranquilli, che non hanno fatto. Abbiamo soggiornato per 7 giorni e abbiamo dovuto pagare un servizio di $232 quando abbiamo controllato, e nonostante queste denunce, ci vorrebbero solo 2 giorni di riposo per i nostri disagi. Abbiamo detto loro che faremo una cattiva recensione, in modo che i futuri ospiti non siano trattati come siamo stati, in cui non si preoccupavano, il che vi dice proprio lì che non si preoccupano dei loro ospiti.

Die Jugendherberge liegt gut und ruhig, nachts ist es relativ ruhig und das Personal kann schnell kommen, aber war unmotiviert, was man an der Essensausgabe merkte. Eine Uhr fehlte bedauerlicherweise im Zimmer und die Schlösser der Wertsachenspinde im Zimmer waren sehr problemanfällig. Die U-Bahn Station ist nicht sonderlich weit entfernt, sodass man laufen konnte. Beim Essen gab es wie üblich viel zu kleine 100 ml Gläser und der einzige Wasserspender wurde immer benutzt, sodass eine 5 Meter Schlange vor dem Automaten stand. Das war beim Essen sehr nervig. Die Säfte haben nicht nach Saft geschmeckt ( und gab es nur beim Frühstück) und der Joghurt hat auch nicht nach Joghurt geschmeckt. Beim Essen war es fast immer laut, sodass man sich nur schwer verstehen konnte. Es besteht eindeutig verbesserungsbedarf. Der Rheinstrand ist sehr schön und ruhig. Allerdings in der Einflugschneise vom örtlichen Flughafen, was für Flugzeugfans sehr toll ist, aber nachts hat man auch immer die U-Bahn gehört. Auf dem Außengelände gab es außerdem noch Ratten und viele Wespen (Sommer).

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights for business in May. The hotel is pretty new - I think less than 2 years old. The rooms are quite big, with full kitchen amenities (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, full set of glasses. The surprise was there was no kitchen roll for cleaning - all the apartments of these types of hotels have some cleaning paper. The location is very close to Koln Messe Deutz station, and we made easy travel arrangements by train to the Dusseldorf fair. The room is clean, the windows are opening (a big plus), and the façade is quite modern. The hotel is quiet, especially since my room faced the open courtyard, which was super quiet, even sleeping with open windows. Breakfast is OK, nothing spectacular, and I think a bit overpriced for the 23 EUR per person. The only problems we had were with sporadic services and some items in the room malfunctions: I had electricity problems with the power supply (caused by a defect in the dishwashing machine which could not be switched off - The fuse went off). I had a problem with the telephone. For every problem, I had to drag to the reception (unable to talk on the phone). The coffee in the room was delivered in the first few days, the next 2 days, and there was no new coffee pack (to make your French press). One day I did not have big towels delivered (the housekeeping did not replace the used towels on the bathroom floor, and I had to go to the reception to ask for them. I would give that hotel 3 stars, but the best surprise was the super fast internet connection (free). We had 200 MB/sec, perfect for surfing and streaming.

Ich war für eine Nacht hier um eine Firma in der Nähe zu besuchen. Die Anreise geht vom Kölner Hauptbahnhof easy mit dem Bus. Vom Hotel aus kann man auch gut weiter zum Chemiepark fahren. Da ich erst spät abends angereist und früh abgereist bin kann ich zum oft kommentierten äußerlichen Zustand nichts sagen. Innen ist es schön eingerichtet und modern designed. Die Zimmer sind zwar bisschen Jugendherbergs-Style aber sauber und absolut ausreichend. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und ich würde es beim nächsten Mal wieder mit buchen. Wenn ich wieder in der Gegen bin würde ich wieder buchen.

Il check-in più difficile che abbia mai avuto. Ho chiamato 1 giorno in anticipo per estendere la mia prenotazione. L'hotel non aveva aggiornato la prenotazione, voleva pagare il 50% di più e ha accettato di onorare il prezzo con molta stronzate, stronzate e maledetti in tedesco. Poi hanno chiesto il pagamento anticipato e mi hanno chiesto se la licenza del mio conducente fosse reale, perché ovviamente non sono tedesco. Mi hanno poi informato che non vi erano servizi di pulizia o ospiti a causa della corona, nonostante il loro soggiorno in Germania questo mese e la fornitura di servizi di base, e hanno detto che tutti gli altri erano in violazione della legge. A questo punto, dopo 30 minuti di argomento, ho deciso di trovare un altro hotel. Assolutamente rubin.
