Dieses Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert. Sehr schmutzige und baufällige Zimmer mit Schimmel in den Badezimmerfugen, Löchern in der Decke und fremden Haaren im Bett. Alles in allem ein NoGo Hotel. Reklamationen werden nicht bearbeitet, ich bat um Reinigung des Zimmers welche jedoch dann nicht erfolgte. Danach wollte ich ausschecken und 60% des gezahlten Preises zurückfordern, es folgten Lügen sowie wollte man mich nicht ordentlich ausschecken lassen.

Wat een vreselijk hotel. Boek hier niet. Wat je ziet op de website is absoluut niet de werkelijkheid. Wilden op zondag 11-12-2022 om ongeveer 16.00uur de receptie binnengaan we hadden tenslotte gereserveerd. Kan niet deur op slot. Briefje op de deur; de receptie is dagelijks open van 11.00uur tot 23.00uur. Hoezo gesloten. Dan maar bellen naar het op briefje vermelde nummer. Een ietwat norse man aan de telefoon die duidelijk maakte dat hij absoluut niet van plan was om naar het hotel te komen en op vrij onduidelijke manier uitlegt hoe wij uit een sleutelkluis een sleutel en deurpasje kunnen krijgen. Enfin dat lukte. Naar binnen. Tegenvallende kamer erg klein, maar oké een bed. De volgende ochtend bijtijds naar beneden voor het ontbijt, doorgang naar de receptie en ontbijtruimte gesloten en niemand aanwezig. Een aantal keer gebeld, niet opgenomen, tekstbericht gestuurd niet terug gereageerd. Ergens anders ontbeten en naar de kerstmarkten. 's Avonds om 21.00uur terug. Nee maar er is iemand aanwezig die met grote gebaren en boos uiterlijk wil dat wij naar de receptie komen. Nu hebben wij hem genegeerd en zijn naar onze kamer gegaan. Wat een onbeschofte manier van benaderen. De volgende dag, weer zonder ontbijt, de boel was weer gesloten, maar weggegaan. Betaal maar wat meer bij een ander, want dit hotel is waardeloos.
