The spacious living and dining area (approx. 50 m²) with a ceiling height of up to 6 metres is the perfect place to relax. 4 bedrooms offer space for up to 8-10 people, two bathrooms, a guest WC and the cosy kitchen complete the generous space of 170 sqm in total. The entire house is lovingly furnished to a high standard, including the kitchen and bathrooms. In the cooler months of the year, a large tiled stove and a wood-burning stove provide additional cosy warmth. The large covered balcony terrace and the garden invite you to spend time outdoors. The conservatory is a favourite romantic spot, especially on cool evenings. On hot summer days, the north-facing terrace also offers protection from the heat outside. The house is suitable and cosy for a couple as well as for families with children. It can accommodate up to 10 people.
