Always clean and welcoming. Stay here every December for a soccer tournament and it never disappoints. Awesome pool for the kiddos to swim in and a great outside space for the parents to hang out!

La mia madre e io eravamo in città per un appuntamento medico. L'hotel era conveniente per Hwy 75, Sam Rayburn Expressway e North Central Expressway. La stanza era eccezionalmente pulita. L'area seduta più il letto era un grande combo. La TV era enorme e si trasformò dal divano al letto. La bagno aveva quello che pensavamo fosse una doccia. Il colazione era il miglior hotel che abbiamo mai soggiornato.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, the king sized beds were very comfortable. The bistro however had limited options for breakfast. I would stay here again.

Quando ho iniziato, abbiamo prenotato più di 40 camere con l'hotel per il matrimonio dei miei figli durante il fine settimana. quando siamo arrivati all'hotel dopo la ricezione alle 11:30 quella sera, il bar è stato chiuso e molti dei matrimoni si siedono a tavola del bar Aspettando una pizza che ordinavano e avendo un paio di bevande, la signora del desk front automaticamente li ha etichettati come i creatori di problemi e ha chiamato il manager dicendo che avrà bisogno di backup perché si andranno fuori dalla mano e rompere le bottiglie! (Ho sentito questa prima mano mentre cercavo di controllare, ero il padre della groom) e poi lei continuò a chiamare i poliziotti dicendo che erano involontari e fuori mano. Ho parlato con i poliziotti e hanno detto che, da quello che gli è stato detto, erano pronti a fare un grande confronto e 7 poliziotti si presentano! Questa è la peggiore esperienza che abbia mai avuto di rimanere in un hotel (e viaggio per vivere)! Questa esperienza ha rovinato una serata di buona notte per celebrare il matrimonio dei miei figli! Non consiglierei questo hotel se viaggiate con un gruppo!

Stayed at this hotel for three days for a family get together, stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. They set-up was perfect for our party of four (two couples). We enjoyed having a shared living room area for socializing and conversation. All of the furniture was comfortable and clean. Everything in the room was in good was in good working order, very comfortable bed and linens, responsive A/C system. Room was cleaned each day (a rare thing in hotels today). Common areas were well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and well-stocked each morning. Hallways were well maintained, featuring photos of Texas-born celebrities (had fun trying to identify them all.). Staff was always helpful and polite when called upon for any matters. Location was convenient for all of the things we needed to do, a bit further from Downtown Dallas, which you would need a car to travel to downtown Dallas. Used outdoor pool twice, nice and refreshing, and well-maintained, along with the outdoor seating and recreation areas. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in the area; I enjoyed staying here.
