It was my first time in Atlanta, Georgia and my stay at county Inn suites was amazing and I loved it. I found my hotel room to be clean bathroom to be clean, which is very important to me. Whatever I asked it was requested. The staff were very kind and very supportive. I would definitely recommend, and I would love to come again And I know I will with a group of people

We didn’t really go anywhere except the restaurant/bar right next to the hotel. The food there was great though and the staff very friendly.
We took the shuttle back and forth from the airport and the drivers were great. They were very helpful and accommodating.
It did seem we waited more than a half hour for the shuttle to get to the airport but other than that it was great.

Horrible stay. We were given a room on the ground floor, near the lobby. Didn't think much of it until it was time to *try* to go to sleep and were unable to sleep ALL NIGHT due to the employees talking, laughing, and carrying on in the lobby ALL NIGHT LONG. Probably got less than 1 hour of full sleep. It was awful and like nothing I've ever witnessed before at a HOTEL.

The hotel cancelled my reservation and i was made to pay much higher fees than what i booked. I am happy at all.

Daily we had to take our dirty towel to the front desk for them to only give one set of towels back. One set meaning you have to go back daily to get clean towels.

The staff was incredible. Quick. Polite. Super efficient check in. The shuttle wouldn't be running when we left so the concierge set up a shuttle for us within minutes. Would definitely stay again. Clean and quiet. Had dining nearby.

I did not like that my room was not cleaned during my stay. I asked for more towels and washcloths and was instructed to bring the dirty ones down and they will give me new ones, that is not common at any property. Room should have been cleaned and the towels and cloths should have been replaced. The shuttle driver that took us to the airport was rude and had his 2 small children with him in the shuttle, this was very unprofessional

The airport shuttle was old, rickety and obsolete. They need to replace it.
Additionally, I got there early and wanted to check in and they charged me a $30 fee to Check In. This will likely cause me to never stay at this hotel again. There are too many other choices in the Atlanta area.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was the only downfall. They need to step that up. Did not try the tavern that's open at night, but it was nice to have that option. I would stay there again.
