It was such an awesome experience when we went in Oct /November 2024, we get lucky , weather was nice.. Tess & Hugh very sweet couple… It was so attentive and really made us feel like we were someone special. ❤️❤️ Room very clean, band we love simple nice breakfast, homemade yogurt was so good,… c/o pool cool👌 5 star Thank u We will be back 🥂

Beautiful boutique hotel! We visit end of October Hugh and Tess the owners are both very sweet couple! :) For us Breakfast very good Coffe good!!! just send email, and Hugh will answer all questions ! hotel is unique!!! A wonderfully luxurious, intimate Bed and Breakfast overlooking spectacular views from atop one of the highest peaks in St. Martin. My wife and I visited for six wonderful evenings over New Year's with two of our adult "kids" and their significant others, and we can't wait to return! The initial drive up very steep, pothole-laden roads built a sense of "this better be worth it" anxiety, but as soon as Natty warmly greeted us and showed us around the jaw-dropping, beautiful setting, that anxiety evaporated and we remained relaxed and pampered for the entire stay. We weren't expecting dinner to be served on site but it happened to be that night and a few others -- memorably delicious in the hands of private chef Mattheiu. Hosts Hugh and Tess are extremely friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile in offering suggestions and helping to make whatever reservations we requested. The island's spectacular beaches are easily accessible-- aside from the aforementioned potholes. The only nit was that the jets weren't working in the hot tub during our stay, but otherwise we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience and hope many others will discover it as well!

This little property gave us a unique SXM experience and the most amazing view on the island. It's a perfect romantic spot for couples to get away from the busy areas of beautiful St Martin. The first time driving up to paradise was definitely a little intimidating as the road is quite steep but you can't get lost you literally just keep following the Pic road all the way up this mountain. The little rental cars will make it up, just go nice and easy and enjoy the views. By the time you've done it a few times it's nothing. Our hosts brought our bags to our room, welcomed us with a complimentary cocktail and showed us around to get settled in. Fortunately food can be ordered for delivery for those burned out from a beach day that just want to stay in. The salt water hot tub was very nice place to enjoy the view and each others company. Our room was nicely done with a mountain chalet feel, modern, very clean and they pay special attention to the little details. The pool is very refreshing and a good size and a nice deep end to it, your able to get some shade most times of the day if you want both in the water and on the pool deck on the loungers. It was amazing being up on a mountain overlooking the island and enjoy and all over tan and a nude swim, bouncing between hot tub and pool, sun and the shade. When your done with the pool the outdoor shower was a nice touch, feels like showering in the rain-forest with nice hot water. It was easy to spend a whole day here relaxing with your partner. The "water from the air" machine was nice, that water tasted amazing and the attached ice machine produces the clearest ice you have ever seen! It was only about a 10-12 minute drive from here down into the grand case area where plenty of great restaurants are and plane watching of the smaller airport. Happy bay C/O beach is also right around there, short drive plus a 10 min walk. Even the famous Orient beach is only about 20 mins around the other side of the island for us beach lovers. If your looking for a quiet romantic getaway in SXM this is a great choice. The hosts and staff are very nice and have something special here. We will definitely return someday, but we won't bother packing half as much for clothes and swimsuits lol

A very nice resort located high in the hills with dramatic views of Saint Martin’s coastline and surrounding hills. My wife and I spent 7 days at this resort and loved every minute of our stay. Hugh and Tess were friendly, helpful and professional. Their staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great with fantastic views of the coastline. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We will definitely come back, and highly recommend it!

There’s not much to add beyond the other reviews. Traveled far and wide and I’m not sure I’ve ever stayed at such a thoughtfully managed place. Serene and beautiful. Appreciated the outdoor shower and pool and hot tub after returning from a day at the beach. Then sunset drinks and a fairly priced bar. I’d rent a car if you’re spending more than two nights here otherwise you’re reliant on taxis to get anywhere and it’ll quickly be the same price. We ordered dinner up one night, and picked up some cheese, tinned sardines, bread and olives for the others. Pair with a bottle of champagne. Don’t let the clothing optional scare you — it seems most opt for the clothes, and you should take the risk for freedom anyways.
