Located in a very quiet and central area with lake view, the apartment offers swimming pool, garden with barbecue, 140 sqm sun terrace (with deck chairs and sun loungers) and covered veranda with table for outdoor dining.
All services and tourist attractions are within walking distance.
It has 2 bedrooms with safe, equipped kitchen, living room with TV and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment has two private parking spaces in the garage with direct access to the apartment.
The apartment offers the possibility to have lunch outdoors under a large veranda and to use the private barbecue in the garden with lake and mountain view.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, kettle, coffee machine, juicer, toaster and blender.
Pets are allowed at an additional cost of 40 Euro.

We stayed here on 20th to 23rd September 2024, myself and two friends. The apartment was ideal, very clean and spacious. The host communicated really well and provided all instructions and guidance, answering any queries swiftly! Train station 5 minutes walk, ferry port also. Plenty restaurants and bars, wished we had stayed longer, would highly recommend!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der nichts fehlt mit Prima Lage
Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Man ist in wenigen Minuten runter ins Zentrum gelaufen, in dem es sehr viele Restaurants gibt. Auch der Bahnhof für weiter Trips ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. In den Betten hat man sehr gut geschlafen und sonst war alles was man braucht vorhanden.

Traumhaft
Nach kurzem netten Video zum Einchecken, konnten wir zeitunabhängig in die tolle Wohnung. Es fehlte an wirklich nichts, sogar ein Pürierstab und Bügeleisen war vorhanden. Es ist überall wirklich alles sauber. Kleineres Problem wurde vom Vermieter gleich behoben. Die Kommunikation war super. Die Terasse und der Pool sind super, wir genossen die Abende nach unseren Ausflügen. Netter Nachbarschaft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wirklich ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie liegt wirklich super, die Wohnung und auch der Pool waren sauber und gepflegt, die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch und der Vermieter war super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
