Grand Seker Hotel - All Inclusive

The hotel is nice. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are to a good standard. The food is awful. it’s the same thing everyday same lunch and same dinner. The food quality is poor. They serve food left over from lunch to dinner by just refrying the chicken. The staff have stolen euros from our room. The floor was never cleaned in the room. They didn’t make the beds just laughed and giggled outside the room for ages. I would not recommend to any British people. It is fully German. Germans are extremely rude.

If youre looking 5 star hotel in turkey this is not the one.probably only decent thing about it was entertainment.if you want to dance around a pool that is.Food was terrible.i mean grown ups were eating chicken nuggets for dinner terrible.apparently all inclusive doesnt even include wifi?which should be as basic as shower and toilet in my opinion.to be fair everything wasnt all bad but it definetely shouldnt be classed as 5 star.3 maybe 4 on friday.

I go hotels a lot in Antalya as i live here. This is the worse food and service ever. Every meal is rushed so they can clear room for entertainment. Even the coffee was very bad. 1 cocktail on offer. Staff as you enter very rude, and your not even offered drinks at dinner. The rooms were ok. The beach bar was ok. But nwver again will we return

Definitely not 5 star hotel, mostly 4*. The food is not as Turkey hotels provide normally even baklava you can’t have every day for 12 nights we didn’t saw sea food at all .Fruits only apple and oranges. Ice cream only 1 hours per day. The worst was the dinner, finish normally minimum 30 minutes before the official time. If you go at 8 you will find empty trays. The same steamed fish every day. Nice rooms but really small size and you need to be really careful who will be next to you. We spent our holiday with a family who shout and scream mostly night time and the baby was crying hysterical till 3 am…really thin walls. Most we dislike the animation team they exist but without them will be the same. Absolutely useless. The kids club didn’t do anything different than provide paper for drawing and pushing children to wants money to buy a T shirt from them for 10€ . Sunday is no one.That’s all. The language is german 99% of the time we attend the evening show and probably was funny but we not speak the language. You feel like you are in Germany not in Turkey .Zero attention from the animation team they walk and act like they own the place 😀. I write all of this because of my experience, me and my family visiting Turkey every summer and comparing to another hotels we never saw that bad. It was a very nice hotel! The staff were very friendly. The location was amazing! Also, the beach was very comfortable and convenient in a private special location. They presented very delicious Turkish cuisine. We went to this hotel with a family of 4 adults, and they provided very good service. Rooms were very clean and they had daily housekeeping. We would highly recommend this hotel to everybody of every age. Especially, we saw many children enjoying themselves with mini club and other daily entertainment activities!

Ok, so this is clearly not a five star hotel by EU standards but that doesn't mean that it's not a place to visit. When we stayed there, almost every other guest was German, this did not bother us as less rowdy and the guests were nice. Our children happily played with German children but obviously much of the entertainment is in German. Positives: Short walk to the beach, including the hotel's bar etc Nice pool for the kids Good omelette station for breakfast Great lunch and dinner choices for salads, meats and deserts Mostly friendly staff Rooms are basic but fine as is the bathroom Great fresh pizza bar 12:00 -16:00 which the kids loved No major wait for drinks etc. The Neon Disco was amazing for both adults and children. Really good Negatives. They charge you 2 Euros per day for the room safe They charge you 2 Euros per day for quite poor internet which keeps on dropping and you have to re log in. The first three days were very busy and we could not get a sunbed, unless you put your towel down at 7am Some of the dishes were cold The walls in the rooms are really thin so you will hear people even talking in the room next to you Not a single UK TV channel The toiletries in the bathroom are very poor so bring your own The rooms don't get a full service every day but your towels will be changed The hotel is an hour away by taxi from the airport

Good hotel with very tasty food (even in November). Every day was grilled meat, or snack like pizza or burgers between lunch and dinner. Every day turish local food as well. Very good Beach bar. Rooms clean and Nice. Of course you can find some deffects but it is not real 5*. There is indoor swining pool with warm water but We can't say that it was really warm :) open 8:30 till 18. Good Sauna. There is also turkish bath availabe, small but enought - you can use it when there is NO SPA program at that time. Gym is very old and poor quality so forget about trening - and this is why I gave 4* as on Pictures you see totalnym different gym. Play garden for kids - not so big but good that there is something and there is Shadow for kids. Worth to have massage and hammam - relax for you body. To The sea you need to walk but it is not far away and you have a lot of cats on way :)

The hotel was pleasant, when we arrived they told us that they were upgrading our room because we were with 2 children... In fact the room was crowded (a double bed, a single bed and a baby bed) and there was a very narrow passage that made it difficult to stay in the room. The playground at the hotel was excellent, the gymnasium building and the art room were dark, with a smell of dampness. Meals throughout the day and in abundance. We were disappointed to find that there was not much to do near the hotel and every exit required a taxi.

Not 5 star hotel. Small rooms, not cleaned properly, disgusting food and cheap alhohol. Staff rood. Worst hotel ive been. Breakfast was the worst cheap sausages and ham not much too choose from apart from bread.
