Not a 5 star hotel, not clean enough, the workers are slacking and the food buffet is the same everyday, doesnt clean your room only change towels and make the bed, its not for scandinavians since the workers doesnt speak english only German, Ruski and turkish. This is a hotel for Germans and Russian people. Wouldnt go here again, not my cup of tea. The hotel is big and nice but its lacking alot by the workers. The pool bar guy runs of and doesnt look like he wants to be here, many times i have been waiting 10min in the bar just waiting for him to come and pour me a soda. If i was to travel to side again i would go a lot closer to Old Side instead of this place considering the placement.

Went in August for a week with my 2 children 14&10. First night we arrived around 3am, were told to wait to the man at reception as he wanted to show me the room as it was special, plenty of staff around but only he wanted to take me. Found this quite intimidating as a woman. After 20 minutes I had enough waiting and told him my kids were tired from travelling and I just wanted to get into the room. He threw my passports back at me and someone showed me to the room. No balcony, no window and air con that wouldn’t turn off so the room was freezing! We slept as much as we could in trousers and jumpers! The toilet constantly ran all night very loudly. I went and was moved rooms in the moving, no one showed me the new room nor did they offer any help! My kids enjoyed the pools and the location was good for us however I urge any English guests to not attend! We were constantly asked if we were Russian or Dutch and when we replied English they walked off. My son tried to join in a game of football and was told twice no English allowed! We couldn’t book the indoor pool or spa was they didn’t understand. Russian only excursion help too! Food was okay, we aren’t fussy eaters though so was fine for us. Cherry on the cake was me trying to check in for my flight a day before leaving and noticing someone has stabbed my passport with a pen and there is pen marks all over photograph on my passport!! We didn’t take pens with us and it’s a brand new passport. It was a blue pen, exactly the same colour as what they make me sign forms with when you arrive!! When I asked the reception about this they laughed in my face as said sorry no English don’t understand!! Don’t waste your hard earned money going here.

The service and standard is below 3 star. Very shocking and disappointed. We was groups of 13 (3 family) Firstly, when we checked in at night they put my family in a room with no AC, just imagine 33 degrees out there with no AC and fan and they told me to adjust until next day. The whole hotel was full of drama, nothing as like pictures and videos. Nothing wasn't even bright as you can see in the videos and photos. Passage corridors and stairs was dark 24/7, they never put the lights on for the guest. There are so much outstanding work in the inside and outside spcially in the restaurant, lobby and outside of the buildings. Definitely needs a code of painting. Looks very old and damp😪 They doesn't even start the lobby AC until 10 30 in the morning when it's even 35 degrees outside and turn off the lobby AC and lights by 10pm at night which is really uncomfortable sitting there without it. All they care about saving electricity and gas bills, this is the impression we got after seeing and talking to the other guests. So few times we have made complaints but we didn't even get any permanent solutions for it. We felt as like we are not in a holiday because of these lights and AC business. 😥 Mr manager was a proper moody person with no sense of humour and smile, all he was there for the sake of it.😎 Food was nothing amazing every day same items so after a while we started getting bored and annoyed. So we started getting food from outside and started eating out. 😒😬 Last year we have been to Egypt in a five stars hotel, so we was expecting a bit more from them as they are "European 5 stars " but unfortunately this hotel no way near that African Egyptian 5 stars hotel. I was about give 1 star because of some staff's honestly and friendliness I am going to give 2 stars for the review. So guys don't fall in a trap like us by seeing all these bright and attractive pictures.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER! I hated my stay there with my family and the youngest 7. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Waste of money! I could have gone somewhere better with the money I spent there. Nothing like the images on the website, its rated too high where I won't even rate this hotel as being 1 star! No rating from me so please avoid this hotel if you are thinking to book there! Disgusting!!!! I
