Crystal Paraiso Verde Resort & Spa - Ultimate All Inclusive

If someone expects that Ultra All inclusive is more than All inclusive, then of course they are right. However, this does not apply to this hotel. For everything, even for stupid coffee, you have to stand in line and wait for the staff to make it for you. The same goes for normal drinks. Food? the same food every day, I don't even want to be sure, because it's getting on my nerves. Simply a classic TURKISH original.

It is almost perfect, but only before or after the big sezon. Low price, but really good food, nice garden and a lot of activities for children. Room was good, not exellent but enough. At first day i did my own cleaning (which i do in every hotel), so i feeling comfrtable. The services like witers, barmans, cleaning lady were very nice and helpfull. I did not like agents from spa, who disturb our relax on beach even few Times a day to sell us The extra services. I did not like The laydies from " guest relations" - i did The reservation for two rooms for resetaurant ala carte (turkish) and finally the reaervation was for one room . It wasnt nice becouse only half of us could attened and the other half had to go back. When the high sezon started - everything went worse- even the food. Thats why i recomend this place to every familly becouse of good condition and low price but only after or before high sezon.

Hotel at a very high level. Attractions provided. Every day darts, water sports. Food very delicious. Everyone will find something for themselves. Service very fast, nice.guest relation was very kind and caring. My son’s birthday was celebrated and it was amazing.

A wondeful hotel/resort with good staff, High level of service and everything is wondeful, Hugh standard hotel . The food was really taste, different variaty, from mest to vegetation food. Rooms are good, clean and the aircondition is working, maybe a bit Old .

We arrived at the hotel late on Wednesday night . We were shown to the late restaurant for food after travelling all day . We chose chicken basket which arrived burnt and cold it consisted of chicken nuggets onion rings and fries we didn’t eat it . I have enclosed pictures . When we were told where our room was I enquired if there was a possibility of a ground floor but the reception told us we had a better room on the first floor ! I dread to think What the other room looked like ! The hotel is advertised and sold as a 5 star all inclusive resort and spa ! We booked with easy jet who I have valued in the past . Our room was filthy on arrival , the mini bar fridge was empty and there was no tea or coffee milk or sugar in the room. There is no way of contacting reception from the room as the phone doesn’t work so we had to go down to reception to ask fur the basics , including water to get us through the night . Reception staff are rude in fact I have only met 2 pleasant staff since being here . The first day we didn’t use the room clean as we were not settled and still tired from our late arrival . We took our time to get orientated . To be honest the whole place looks like council estate flats ( I have no problem with council estates I grew up on one ) just trying to paint a picture. The pool area is okay, although not cleaned regularly and never any knifes and forks to eat . This is where you’ll find the better food . Again don’t be fooled into thinking it’s good it’s just better than the restaurant . Do be careful of the chicken though I’ve enclosed a picture of the raw chicken we were served ! The drink choice is minimal , you cannot help yourself to coffee for instance and have to queue for it . With a load of others as there is only one coffee machine serving the whole restaurant . Again orange juice is not self service you have to queue for this too . There is not her choice either no apple juice available . The food is disgusting , not much choice , either pasta or pizza , burgers and a range of concealed cheeses , chicken dishes and desserts . If you’re lucky you may get some fresh fish in the outside area but I’ve only managed to get that once . The butter is off and smells like gone off milk . I could go on and on but you get the picture . Back to the rooms the shower floods every time you get in it so you have to have a very quick shower and then partner has to wait for theirs as if you kept short running it would flood . There are no top sheets on the beds so you have to sleep with the blanket straight on you which personally I don’t like . I think any 4 star plus hotel would have this as a basic . There is a quiet adult only pool , however the only drinks served there are Coke Zero water and beer . The hotel is in the middle of nowhere which is fine but be prepared and bring thins with you as there is only one small market that sells things like cigarettes and drinks close by .
