Şaka gibi bir 5 yıldızlı otel daha otele girerken güvenlikte sıkıntı başladı valizlerimizi alıp giriş yapacağız güvenliğe anlatmamıza rağmen ısrarla kaba bir tavırla otel sahibinin geleceğini aracı hemen otel önünden kaldırmamız gerektiğini söyledi.Valeye vermek istediğimizde aracın modelli olduğunu sorumluluk almak istemediğini söyledi otopark deseniz toz toprak için otele 600 metre uzaklıkta saçma sapan bir yer 😄 otel yönetimini gerçekten tebrik ediyorum maliyetleri azaltmak için ellerinden geleni yapmışlar o tek kullanımlık duş jeli şişeleri içindeki menşei belli olmayan alkol gerçekten zeka ürünü.örneğin rakı yerine anason aromalı likör viski yerine turunç aromalı malt likör veriyorlar.Otelin kaba çalışanlardan bi su rica ediyorsunuz servis yapmak yerine yanlarına çağırıp elinize tutuşturuyorlar.Sabah kahvaltı için masa arıyorsunuz bütün masalar pislik için temizlensin diye rica ediyorsunuz yardımcı olmak yerine yine kaba bir tavırla kendi bölgesi olmadığını yardımcı olamayacağını söyleyen bir garsonla karşılaşıyorsunuz.Ailecek güzel bir haftasonu geçirelim diye geldik hevesimiz kursağımızda kaldı.Gerçekten bu kadar güzel bir mevki bu kadar kötü değerlendirilebilir tebrikler.Kısacası siz siz olun sakın tercih etmeyin.

We had a great week at this hotel. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Food wasn’t anything to shout home about but was perfectly acceptable and we were happy enough! The entertainment wasn’t too extravagant but we aren’t the kind of people that need to be entertained. And we had a great time at their Turkish night, they got the crowd up on stage and dancing so fun! A few people complained there wasn’t enough to do but for us, a couple in their late 20s/early 30s, it was perfect for a relaxing break by the pool to read our books, enjoy the slides and just chill out. The rooms were clean and nice albeit the beds were a bit solid! And there was a bus for about less than €3 to Side so we had a nice night out seeing the sites of the beautiful town. Overall I would disagree with the comments of the inattentive staff, most were friendly enough and you could tell how hard they were working! Also a staff member (his section was near the dessert stand but can’t remember his name) was so great and had our beers on the table before we even had our food down! Great hotel would recommend.

Spent 10 days here. Loved the beach and the attentive nature of the waiters/ waitresses/ bar staff. Our cleaner was also wonderful and took care of our room, ensuring it was up to a high standard daily! Unfortunately don’t think we will return as the food was disappointing and the location was a little too remote for our liking. Also paid £100 for a sea view room to be given a balcony with a hole in the wall to see the beach through - poor view! The a La carte meal was very disappointing - we are not quite sure how it achieves that status as it was no different to the usual food in the main restaurant. Staff in the shop and the Turkish barbers were out to scam us - very unpleasant experience at the barbers and we would warn anyone to avoid this place! Evening entertainment was mixed - we had the best times when we went out and ventured into Side. Would absolutely recommend a private yacht trip and getting the bus into Side as it’s beautiful!

This hotel is mainly a German speaking hotel. The food is not of a good standard very bland and over cooked. The spa area is tired looking and dirty with poor lighting. there is no free Wi-Fi only if you pay 2 euros a day .The bar staff are not friendly to English guests. There’s a lot of noise from the next door hotel. The only good thing is the beach

This is a very good hotel. Everything runs very smoothly and efficiently. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The food is a varied selection of Turkish and international food. Contrary to previous reviews, I did not see any bias towards the German clients, either in food or service. English is spoken at Reception and by the Guest Relations Executive. There are many German clients in the hotel and I was happy to be in an international hotel. If I wish to be surrounded by English people, I shall take my holidays in England! We had a lovely room with excellent air-conditioning facing the mountains at the front of the hotel. It was cleaned very well every day by the friendly housekeeping team. When we asked for a room change early on in our stay (owing to disco noise from the hotel next door) it was changed quickly and efficiently. The mini-buses outside the hotel (called dolmus) will take you to Gundogdu, the small centre about five minutes away, to Manavgat, which is a bustling, small city, about 20 minutes away or to Side, a journey of about 25 minutes. Each trip costs 2-3 Euros per person. The roman ruins at Side are extensive, spectacular and really worth a visit.

Just returned from a fantastic week at Roma Beach & Spa Antalya adults only holiday. On arrival we were asked to view a family room but we opted for our chosen rooms. Our rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. The view ok too. The mini bar provides free water and mixer drinks only. WiFi costs €2 Euros a day. There is the usual with the sun beds but there are plenty and the beach is a short trip on a golf buggy/walk away. We all agreed the food was the best we’d ever had at an all inclusive (unfortunately no bacon here but not missed at all)! All the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, always happy and smiling and despite other reviews they try to understand English and the pool bar staff were entertaining and always pleasant. If you’re wanting a more livelier holiday this isn’t for you as the entertainment is limited but our party was all ages and we enjoyed it every evening despite this. There are shops at the hotel selling a variety of bags, clothing , jewellery and a shop that seems to sell everything! There is also a hairdressers, photographers, opticians the Spa itself. Everything is priced in Euros which seems the favoured currency here. Overall view we would all stay again. Thank you Roma Beach & Spa.

We came for 11 days the hotel was beautiful and so clean we had our room what we booked with a sea view was beautiful. The sea and beach was fantastic. I do agree with some views on here . Some of the staff were very ignorant mainly the bar staff food was average but we never went hungry. Over all most of the staff were brilliant. We did enjoy the holiday. But do need to review the staff as they can be ignorant. . Over all we possibly would go back . Lovely hotel.

We flew on the 22nd August till 2nd September with tui (I can't fault tui one bit and vinda who was the rep here was fantastic) First night we got put into the wrong room and we alerted the staff and moved us next day no problem. We quickly notices that the hotel was very much german. Some of the staff was absolutely fantastic and was always filled our drinks up. A few odd staff mainly the pool bar staff were ignorant and if you had boobs or was german you'd get served first. The spa is expensive so I'd say book with tui the spa treatment as it was well worth the money and they picked you up and dropped you back at the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and nice. The food was okay but not great at breakfast. If you're looking for a very relaxed holiday then this place is for you, if you're looking for somewhere a bit louder and busier then it's not the place for you. Not much entertainment as in shows at night but they do have a pool party on Saturdays and paid bingo on one night of the week. Cocktail wise they are fab! And a really good selection. If your wanting to go shopping gundogdo is 5 mintues down the road which is fab! Beach is lovely and has no dip so you can just walk out and swim. Tip for sunbeds ignore the signs in the lift as everyone gets a sun bed before 10o clock and some people stack 2 sunbeds on top of each other so they have a bit of height from the floor. Also you have to pay for wifi €2 a day per person only allowed 1 device per person.

Well what a great hotel,food was great and most of the staff were great (except 1 on the pool bar who thinks chatting up your Mrs is his Job when your not there you'll soon realise who he is) but great location with other bars near by (15 min walk). Rest of hotel staff were really good but you will find if you don't tip the bar staff early into your holiday you'll be ignored for service unless you send the Mrs the bar the staff on the pool bar can be rude and ignorant where even if you've been in the queue longest they will serve someone behind you who tips them all the time. Restaurant food his great most of the time except breakfast Is a little disappointing. They have a night buffet form 2am till 7am which is great. We had a great stay apart from the guy behind the pool bar making her feel uncomfortable being on her own for even 5 minutes. Creep!! Also we was in room 2208 right next to the front door the noise with the taxis coaches coming in at all hours kept us awake most nights. 2am 3am 4am 5am they just left there engines running on the front so was noisy. Great views though.
