Our room was fine and reasonably clean. The service of the staff is good but especially after a small financial gift 🤣. They even ask for a tip and a waiter showed us an empty wallet. I don't think that's the intention but maybe it's normal in Turkey. The location is fine but way too busy. Even though it is forbidden, towels are still put on the beach beds in the morning. Be careful when swimming in the sea because there is a river that flows into it that is quite dirty and smelly. The buffet is varied but almost the same every day. Two people in our group got food poisoning. The cause of this is difficult to determine but we didn't eat anywhere else.

After London, the sun and vacation are peaceful. Friendly staff, quality food, animation team is very good. A hotel to go with family or friends. The prices are also suitable for our budget. The cleaning team is very meticulous and good. The location of the hotel is lovely. It is impossible to make a bad comment. Thank you seashell team...❤️

This is a very good hotel. We were here last summer in August in 2021. This is our first holiday after COVID-19. Everything was wonderfull: bars, the sandy beach, water sports activity opportunity, bazaar in Evrenseki, hotel location, weather and sea, sights in the area. You can travel to Side or Manavgat by the local bus services not far from the hotel. The food and drink choice was great. The live show cooking was amazing. There are several water sport on the beach in front of the hotel. The sea is warm and there is always free sun beds on the beach. We got good room with see view what we booked Thanks this fantastic holiday!

This hotel is such a lovely place. Food lovely, plenty of food options with 3 different places for lunch and buffet and a la cartes on night. Waffles, crepes, patisserie available daily you will never go hungry. Workers are constantly cleaning or attending to the gardens, very well kept place. Room was always cleaned and mini bar filled. Plenty of entertainment, shows, foam party, white party. Short walk to shops with plenty of shopping. Beach is a lovely sandy beach. We were the only English family for our two week stay. The only things this effected was tthe kids were unable to make friends due to english barrier and the evening entertainment the talking was in German. However, the songs were English. My daughter has allergies and all of the staff were extremely helpful -except the catering manager. The waiters could not do enough for you and all so helpful. We don't normally return to hotels but we would return here. The reason for 4 stars is the lack of English in the entertainment and the catering manager.

This hotel is the best we have stayed in Turkey, Check in, staff friendly, and helpful, seemed a little surprised we were English as the hotel is mainly German Tourists, The bellboy showed us to the room explaining the details of the hotel along the way, The room was big well laid out and spotless, there's a minibar that is restocked daily and good working air con. We like to think we probably had the best view in the hotel from our balcony. The restaurant is exceptional in the choices and live cooking stations, I can't imagine anyone staying here going hungry. As previous comments not all the staff speak English, but we never found this to be an issue as if they didn't understand another member of staff who could speak English would look after us. The hotel has a private beach were we spent most of our time, there our beach beds, towels and parasol provide, the water isn't deep and is safe for swimming, there's a bar on the beach that also serves food for lunch, The standards in the main restaurant are not lowered in any way at this facility, I need to mention the staff here in particular Aydin, Frat and Sullyman who set a high standard and make everyone here welcome. The general manager is seen daily throughout the hotel who takes time to chat to everyone always trying to improve the guest experience, The guest service manager spent time chatting with us over dinner, We believe that the standards set by these 2 managers is what sets this hotel above others we've stayed in, My wife and I don't usually revisit area's more than twice as you've normally seen and done what you like by then, however after this experience we have already planning for next years visit. The hotel is great, the food is lovely. Something for everyone. The show cooking made to order is delicious. However if you are English there is no information or help. The staff speak limited English so if like Us it’s the first time to visit and have no idea of the area don’t expect to find out from staff at the hotel. There are bazaars within 15 minute walking distance, but our tour operator advertised within 50metres. Definitely not. The hotel is 99.9% German, we are the only English here. Visiting turkey we got Turkish lira. Absolutely crazy they want you to pay in euro. We have found a couple of places that accept their own currency but mainly it’s euros. Beaches he’s are lovely and clean. Would we come again, maybe not as no help information from hotel and no sight of any jet 2 rep, where you would seek information. But very impressed with the quality of the hotel.

Ein Hotel mit einem familiären touch. So ein Hotel war für uns das richtige. Nicht zu überlaufen. Man wird am Pool sowie am Strand durch das aufmerksame und freundliche Personal sehr gut bedient. Das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend und zu empfehlen. Für da zubereiten und darstellen der Gerichte im separaten Grillbereich nehmen sich die Köche Zeit, um optisch ein Menü eines 5 Sterne Restaurants darzustellen. Optisch und geschmacklich einfach super. Das Personal im Restaurant sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Poolbereich ist leider etwas zu klein. In der Beschreibung wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die reservierten liegen, die vor 08:00 Uhr belegt wurden und bei denen die Gäste nicht anwesend sind die Handtücher entfernt werden. Leider muss man jedoch den gleichen Weg gehen und die liegen bis spätestens 07:00 Uhr reservieren, da man ansonsten keine freie Liege mehr bekommt. Das ist schade. das Hotel ist sehr sauber aber hier und da könnte etwas renoviert werden. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder

Wir sind am 15.09 zum zweiten Mal in dieses Hotel angereist, da es uns letztes Jahr so gut gefallen hat. Dieses Jahr haben wir unsere Tochter und Enkelin 1,5 Jahre mitgenommen und wurden enttäuscht, die gebuchten Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick standen nicht zur Verfügung, man hat uns ein Familienzimmer angeboten, sorry aber das sind für mich keine Familienzimmer (das zweite Zimmer 6qm mit zwei Betten)war für uns inakzeptabel, nach weiteren Diskussionen haben wir 2 Familienzimmer bekommen für eine Nacht, am nächsten Tag haben wir dann unsere Zimmer beziehen können. Die Zimmerreinigung eine Katastrophe, das WC wird nicht gereinigt, vom Vorgänger noch Wasserspritzer am Spiegel, der Boden klebt. Wir baten an der Rezeption dass die Zimmer bis 13.00 Uhr gereinigt werden, hat auch nicht funktioniert. Ins Zimmer kann jeder rein der gerade lustig ist, solltest du nach dem Klopfen nicht innerhalb drei Sekunden aufmachen, wird einfach rein marschiert, bei einem schlafendem Baby. Der Service hat auch nachgelassen, manchmal sitzt man 40 min. bis man bedient wird, da habe ich mich schon längst selber bedient. Ich kenne es von 5 Sterne Hotels anders, finde es traurig, da es uns letztes Jahr so gut gefallen hat.

Das Hotel liegt nahe einem kleinem Yachthafen an einer Flussmündung. Die Anlage (Pool und Rutschen) wurden bewusst unterhalb der benachbarten Hotels abgesenkt, so dass man sie nicht durch die benachbarten Hotels einsehen kann. Alle Hotels in Strandlage sind hier nämlich sehr dicht aneinander gebaut. Auch werden die Abendshows damit gut getrennt. Dafür wehte bei großer Hitze kaum ein Wind auf der Anlage. Das Ressort besteht aus drei Gebäudeteilen, die sehr überschaubar sind. Somit hat man trotz der über 200 Zimmer nicht das Gefühl in einem Hotelbunker zu sein. Die Gebäudeteile sind schön und stylisch gestaltet. Die Wege sind kurz. Da alle Einrichtungen in -1 angesiedelt sind, muss man nicht quer durch die Gänge irren. Sehr schön geplant. Unser Zimmer war für 3 Personen ausreichend und der Schrank groß genug. Leider gab es trotz einer Belegung mit drei Personen nur zwei Zahnputzbecher. Die angesiedelten Shops sind gut sortiert und nicht überteuert. Das Ressort hat drei Restaurants. Neben dem Hauptrestaurant mit Show Coocking Abends, gibt es zwei weitere fürs Mittagessen. Das Poolrestaurant bietet eine kleine Mittagskarte an (Burger, Pasta, Salat und Rinderfilet - letzteres wird direkt am Tisch gegrillt). Am Strandrestaurant gibt es Mittags ebenfalls Show Coocking mit täglich wechselnden Gerichten, dazu noch Pizza und Gözleme. Der Pool ist lang aber nicht sehr breit. Bei heißem Wetter kann es schon voll werden. Er ist sehr sauber! Die Rutschenanlage ist mit 3 ausreichend um Spaß zu haben. Alles in allem ein schönes Konzept und für den Urlaub sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Mitarbeiter sind überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass sie für die Aufgabe geschult werden. Der Strandbereich ist sehr sauber und großzügig. Hier ein Lob an den Strandboy, der schon mal reservierte und stundenlang nicht genutzte Liegen abräumt. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir auch noch einen Galaabend und eine Schaumparty erlebt. Beides war sehr gut organisiert. Weiteres dazu in meinen Anmerkungen. Das Essen ist für Europäer/deutschen Geschmack abgestimmt und durchweg gut. Im Hauptrestaurant könnte das Angebot neben dem Show Coocking besser sein. Die Anmerkungen sind eher für das Management als Hinweis gemeint. Ob es Einfluss auf die Entscheidung hat hier Urlaub zu machen muss jeder für sich entscheiden: Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben während unseres Aufenthalts auch Tanz Showeinlagen gezeigt, die bemerkenswert und toll waren. Ob man aber bei 40 Grad Celsius auf einem harten Fließenboden Wurfkunststücke beim Tanzen machen muss halte ich für fragwürdig (schwitzige Hände). Mir wäre die Gesundheit der Mitarbeiter wichtiger. Es ist zum Glück nichts passiert. Auch für den Galaabend mussten die Mitarbeiter viel Arbeiten, um alle Tische im Freien aufzubauen und schön herzurichten.
